Esme Bianco Has Politicized the Marilyn Manson Investigation

As mentioned in my previous post , Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon issued a peculiar statement on October 9th updating people on the criminal investigation of Marilyn Manson by his office. In the statement it was revealed that "our office’s Sex Crimes Division are carefully reviewing new leads and additional evidence that continue to come to our attention from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s investigation." He also informed us that they "anticipate making a filing decision soon and will provide an update when that time comes." The problem with this is that George Gascon is in danger of losing his position to his opposing candidate, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Nathan Hochman, who is running as an Independent. Los Angeles residents have realized that progressive policies on criminal justice make things worse for their city, and it appears that a change is just weeks away at the November 5th election. Will we finally be getting the

An Analysis and Investigation of the Photoshoot That Evan Rachel Wood Claims Captured Her Abuse

On March 11, 2019, Evan Rachel Wood posted two tweets that were supposed to be seen as evidence that she suffered domestic abuse by an unnamed partner of her past, who almost two years later was revealed to be Marilyn Manson. We already did an analysis and investigation of the second tweet. In the first tweet, the actress shared three photos that she says depicts her "weakened by an abusive relationship". The full caption reads:

"The day of this photoshoot, I was so weakened by an abusive relationship. I was emaciated, severely depressed, and could barely stand. I fell into a pool of tears and was sent home for the day. #IAmNotOk"

This tweet is very revealing in and of itself. Evan, in what has become by now a familiar manipulative style, is creating a narrative for these three sad-looking photos, because upon observation no one would come to the conclusion that these photos prove in any way she was in an abusive relationship. To do this, she gives us no details about the photoshoot, such as for what company or publication this was done, who was the photographer, who the man is that she is posing with (and that she cuts out of the photos), when exactly this took place, and where. No context is given whatsoever except the context she wants you to believe and to focus on. The reason she could get away with withholding this information is because Evan at this time had not named her alleged abuser, and the media refused to do an investigation, instead choosing to push her narrative without question. By Evan not naming her abuser, she could get away with any lie she chose to say, and any narrative she decided to create, because no one dared question the "poor victim", and if anyone would have dared question her, no doubt she would have accused them of being part of the problem and perhaps causing them to lose their job. What is even worse, when Evan finally did reveal her alleged "abuser" on February 1, 2021, the media still refused to investigate her claims, and continued to believe the old narrative which was given when Evan held us all as hostages of ignorance.

Since no media source is even remotely investigating Evan's claims, we will do so right here, presenting all the facts about these three photos that we can gather.

1. In mid-June 2010, Gucci announced Evan Rachel Wood as the face of its forthcoming new women’s fragrance called Guilty. The Gucci deal would be her first perfume campaign.

2. In late-June 2010, Evan was in Rome, Italy with her mother to do the photoshoot for the Gucci fragrance campaign with Elle Magazine. On June 27th she is seen in media reports taking in the city with her mother as a tourist.

3. The man chosen to join Evan in the Gucci fragrance campaign was then 29 year old actor Chris Evans.

4. The design of the photoshoot was done by graphic novelist Frank Miller. Frida Giannini, Gucci's creative director at the time, chose Miller because she wanted the photoshoot to look like a graphic novel, with a film noir style. Evan Rachel Wood was to depict a femme fatale, a lusty woman who goes after whatever she wants, someone who captures "a milieu of Guilty-ness". The photoshoot was to be accompanied by a short film promoting the product directed by Miller in his familiar style, which would be shown in its entirety at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12, 2010.

5. A Behind the Scenes video of the photoshoot was taken, even showing how the three "sad-looking" photos Evan posted on social media in 2019 came to be.

Concluding Remarks:

When the photos are seen as a whole within their context, especially with the Behind the Scenes video, we can conclude that Evan is not being truthful when she says she was "emaciated, severely depressed, and could barely stand"; instead she looks like she is having a good time on set, healthy, talkative, smiley, wide-eyed, laughing, joking.

Evan's claim that during this photoshoot she "fell into a pool of tears and was sent home for the day" does not correspond with any other testimony, or the photo and video evidence. The facts show quite the opposite, as we said above. Besides, this was one of the most expensive and most successful perfume campaigns ever, and one would think they would not have such tolerance for that on set. The burden of proof is on Evan Rachel Wood to show us actual photos that depict her as she claims without her manipulative storytelling being involved. She can even present witnesses to confirm what she says is true. If what she says is true, then she can present the testimony of her mother who was there with her, as well as that of Chris Evans, Frank Miller and Frida Giannini, among the dozens of others on set. At least the main four would be able to confirm that she "fell into a pool of tears and was sent home for the day."

It is important also that we place this photoshoot within a wider context. We are told this campaign was shot when Evan finished filming Mildred Pierce in New York, which was late June 2010. According to the testimony of Manzin, and my own investigation, we know that Manson visited Evan in New York in late May to early June for a few days while she was filming Mildred Pierce. During this time, according to Manzin, it was revealed by Marilyn Manson that he visited Evan at that time because she was going through a difficult time, the main reason being because she had just had an abortion with another man's baby. Evan in a number of interviews at this time would herself talk about how she was going through a difficult situation mentally, saying that playing her character Veda in Mildred Pierce would put her in a "very dark place" both on and off the set. On top of this, we are informed that Manson and Evan broke off their engagement right before filming on Mildred Pierce was completed. When this happened, Evan said she was going to take a year off and concentrate on her happiness. This falls within a matter of days of her getting the Gucci campaign and flying off to Rome to do the photoshoot. Because of all these facts, I can see Evan being in a dark place internally during the photoshoot, and maybe at some point she did start to cry and need to take the rest of the day off.

But here is the proof that if Evan did have any sadness during the photoshoot, it was not because she was in the midst of an abusive relationship...

AT THE TIME OF THE PHOTOSHOOT EVAN AND MANSON WERE NO LONGER IN A RELATIONSHIP.

Yes, the media reported officially that Manson and Evan had broken up in early August, but my own investigation has shown that in fact they broke up some time in mid to late June 2010, before the photoshoot in Rome. (Evan is wearing her engagement ring in Rome probably not to arouse media speculation before an official announcement).

And according to Evan's timeline, some time between this photoshoot and her appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12, 2010, she had tried to commit suicide but apparently failed (?), then checked herself into a mental hospital. This was revealed for the first time in 2016, when Evan said she did this because of her struggles with her bisexuality. This narrative changed in 2018 during her congressional testimony and in January of 2019 when she wrote in her Nylon essay that it was because of the abuse she suffered. It is my own personal opinion that if Evan is in fact being truthful and she did ever try to commit suicide, and if she truly did check herself into a mental hospital - both of which leave room for doubt that they ever happened - then she likely did it for another reason besides the reasons she has given. Maybe it had to do with her infidelity during her engagement with Manson, maybe it was because of Manson's possible infidelity with his current wife Lindsay, maybe it had to do with her secret abortion, maybe her character Veda got too deep into her head, maybe she was doing too much cocaine, maybe she really didn't want to break up with Manson, or maybe she regretted being with Manson because he was older than her, or because they hardly ever saw each other since they were both busy with their careers, or because she wanted to live in New York? There are many other reasons besides the 2018-19 abuse narrative that could have landed Evan in an extreme form of depression in July-August 2010.

It is worth noting also that Evan went to Rome with her mother for the photoshoot, and later after her supposed suicide attempt she called her mother to bring her to a mental hospital. And according to Evan's 2019 Nylon essay, her mother walked out of the room when Evan was asked why she was checking herself in, which allows Evan to give any narrative she wants, because her mother never wanted to know what happened that brought her there.
