Reactions to the Music Video "God Is A Weapon" Which in 48 Hours Has 1.5 Million Views

48 hours after the release of "God is a Weapon", the music video has garnered 1.5 million views on YouTube and was trending there at #2 for music, while previously in just one day it had hit a million views and at its peak was trending at #4 for all YouTube videos. The song has been trending on all the major streaming services as well. The music video has inspired many reaction videos on YouTube als (most of which are very funny and worth watching at least for the reaction when they realize Marilyn Manson is a part of it), and out of the 20 or so that I saw it was received very positively, primarily because the song is often described as an earworm that is very pleasant to listen to which slowly builds up but doesn't take too long to do so, and the video has cinematic production value, while at the same time the lyrics and symbolism are thought provoking. These are perfect ingredients for a song to be listened to repeatedly. As for Falling in Reverse and their lead singer...

Why Are Evan Rachel Wood's Documentaries Getting Odd Promotional Coverage?

For many months now Evan Rachel Wood's personal Instagram page has been disabled off and on. In more recent months, she disabled her personal page and started using her Evan + Zane band Instagram page to make posts. Then all of a sudden, after a few months of not using her personal page, she temporarily restored it on April 5th 2025, but didn't post anything. A few days later on April 13th she again disabled her personal page and the next day posted a photo of herself writing her first concert setlist on her Evan + Zane page (which interestingly was at the same time Amanda Nguyen, who sat and testified with Evan about her abuse in 2018, made her trip into space with other women). Because Evan is known for her odd online behavior and even likes to do things like send secret messages to people through her posts, it left me wondering what is going on, prompting me to do a little bit of digging. What I quickly found may be partially the answer to her odd behavior.

On April 10th I discovered that the Instagram page for Channel 4, the British television channel that aired the 2024 documentary "Marilyn Manson: Uncanceled" in the U.K. in January 2025, made a very odd post about Evan, which was a series of ten slides outlining her story of abuse to promote the documentary "Marilyn Manson: Unmasked". The first odd thing is that it was posted randomly on April 10th, four months after the documentary aired on Channel 4 in January 2025, and even though it is currently available through their streaming channel, there is no indication in this post that it is an advertisement for that. The second odd thing about this post is that it is the only post as far as I can tell that looks the way it does on the Channel 4 Instagram page. Almost all of their posts are exclusively reels, and when they do make an occasional post that is not a reel it is usually to advertise a program. Third, the post about Evan is very Evan-positive and Evan-centered with professional photos of her and told solely from her perspective, while ignoring everyone else in the documentary, making it look like she is hijacking the documentary. Lastly, the timeline ends with Evan Rachel Wood victorious over Manson.

If that wasn't odd enough, I then discovered an odd video posted on April 13th by Christie Bosch, known by the moniker That Documentary Girl, on her social media pages, where she reviews documentaries. On September 9, 2024 she reviewed "Marilyn Manson: Unmasked". It is very clear she takes everything the accusers of Manson say at face value without any skepticism or critical thinking, which is surprising for someone who calls herself a professional in watching documentaries, which are widely known for often being propaganda tools by those who make them in order to present things from their one-sided view and take no account of any other experience or opinion. However, unlike her review of "Marilyn Manson: Unmasked" which she posted in a timely manner, on April 13th she posted a very passionate review of Evan Rachel Wood's 2022 documentary "Phoenix Rising". Just listening to her review, you know she has been talking to someone, and even uses the time for her review to respond to Manson supporters, even though she does a very bad job doing so and clearly knows nothing about the cases except what she saw in the propaganda documentaries and heard from people she talked to. When reading the comments, she confesses that she has been talking to people who were allegedly abused by Manson, and from the clues she gave one of them was clearly Louise Keay Bell, who has been obsessed with Manson for many years and made numerous false allegations against Manson, and continues to do so till this day.

Let's review the timeline:

- April 5: Evan quietly restores her personal Instagram after several months of it being disabled and never posts anything.

- April 10: Channel 4, which made and aired the three-part docuseries "Marilyn Manson: Unmasked", posts a ten slide presentation on their Instagram page of Evan's personal timeline from when she met Manson until her recent "victory" over Manson; oddly it does not resemble anything they have ever posted before nor put as much effort on a post.

- April 13: Christie Bosch, or That Documentary Girl, posts a naive defense of Evan Rachel Wood in her review of "Phoenix Rising", and in the comments confesses that she has talked to at least one woman abused by Manson, clearly describing but not naming Louise Keay Bell, who she says she knows personally even though Christie lives in Canada and Louise lives in Scotland and probably only recently communicated.

- April 13: Evan disables her personal Instagram page once again.

- April 14: Evan posts a photo of herself on the Evan + Zane band Instagram page where she is writing the setlist for their first ever performance as a band.

Is this all a coincidence? Perhaps, though doubtful. We know at least Louise Keay Bell was somehow involved with getting That Documentary Girl to review and give a dumb defense of "Phoenix Rising". Perhaps Evan was involved with these odd promotional pieces as well that showcase her narrative. Keep in mind that everything above took place on Instagram. You can decide for yourself what really happened and who is behind all this based on the facts above.
