In a recent podcast interview about narcissistic abuse, Evan Rachel Wood said that Marilyn Manson described in his autobiography how the Brian Warner part of him was dead and whatever he had become was now his true self. Her purpose was to show that Manson completely abandoned his humanity and truly came to embody a disassociated narcissistic monster. But is this what his autobiography actually said or even implied? No, of course not. He says something along those lines, but she completely twists it to make a point that fits her narrative rather than the actual facts.  What Manson actually describes in his autobiography is that he went through a personal apocalypse. Marilyn Manson Set To Perform at Rock Fest 2025


The lineup for Rock Fest 2025 was announced on Friday January 17th, and Marilyn Manson will be among the 80+ bands performing over a three day period at the Upper Midwest's biggest hard rock and metal festival.

Marilyn Manson is scheduled to open for the headliner Five Finger Death Punch on the second day of the festival, Friday July 18th.

Other headliners at the Cadott, Wisconsin fest include Rob Zombie, Knocked Loose, Slaughter to Prevail, In This Moment, Bad Omens, Three Days Grace, Ja Rule and Poppy.

Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and Marilyn Manson all performed on the Rock Fest bill in 2019 as well, and was among Manson's last performances before the pandemic and the allegations brought against him.

This year’s festival will take place July 17th through 19th, with three-day passes available via the festival’s official website.
