Ashley Walters vs. Brian Warner Although the Ashely Walters lawsuit was initially filed in 2021, it has only been at issue since April 25, 2024 when it was reinstated. On April 9, 2025, the Defendants Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. applied for an ex parte order to continue the trial date from June 2, 2025 to January 26, 2026.
