A Deep Dive Into the Second Court Dismissal of the Case of Ashley Walters Against Her Former Employer Marilyn Manson

On December 16th 2025, it was announced that the case of Ashley Walters (ex-assistant) brought against her former employer Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner) through her second amended complaint on March 11th 2022, has been dismissed without prejudice. This is because on September 19th 2025, Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, and this Motion was granted on December 16th. Hence the jury trial which was scheduled for the 26th of January will no longer take place.  According to court documents, the Motion for Summary Judgment was granted for three reasons: 1. “There is no triable issue of material fact.” The court is saying: Even if we look at the evidence most favorably to the plaintiff, there is nothing a jury needs to decide because the key facts are either undisputed or legally irrelevant. Meaning: The dispute is purely legal, not factual — and the law favors the defendants. 2. “Plaintiff’s claims are time barred.” The court is saying:...

Catholic Archbishop in Mexico Fails To Have Marilyn Manson Concert Canceled

The announcement of Marilyn Manson's free concert at the 2025 San Luis Potosí National Fair (FENAPO) sparked a strong reaction from the Roman Catholic Church in San Luis Potosí. During a press conference on June 15th 2025, Archbishop Jorge Cavazos Arizpe of San Luis Potosi revealed to journalists that he had sent a formal letter to Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona asking him to cancel the upcoming August 10th concert of Marilyn Manson in the Mexican city with more than 800,000 residents, arguing that his artistic history violates the values that should be promoted at a family and cultural event. “I have sent a letter to the governor, asking that, for the good of society and not just Christians, we have seen issues in his history that concern us,” the prelate declared at the press conference. Some TikToker, who describes herself as a "seeker of wisdom and beauty in all," and who wants to be the savior of women by perpetuating false stories about men she doesn't like and calling it spirituality to get attention, decided to make a video about the recent collaboration between Marilyn Manson and Ronnie Radke and what she finds problematic about it. Marilyn Manson "an Inspiration To People... I'm Proud To Stand Next To Him" Says Piggy D

In a new interview with Radioactive MikeZ, host of the 96.7 KCAL-FM program "Wired In The Empire", Matt Montgomery (a.k.a. Piggy D.) was asked how he landed the gig as the bassist in Marilyn Manson's band. The 49-year-old musician, who had previously played with Rob Zombie, responded: "Referral. It's a small, small community. Yeah, the timing worked out. Things are meant to be. I guess that's the universe working the way it should. "It's been really cool to be along for the ride for this rebirth," Matt added. "And the band is killer, and we have a great time, and the shows have been rad. Interview With Former Marilyn Manson Band Member Daniel Fox

It's not often you hear from former techs and musicians that worked for Marilyn Manson talking about their past experiences. The only past tech for Marilyn Manson that we heard from recently was Dan Cleary, a podcaster who liked to exaggerate a bunch of nonsense and spread gossip about Manson in the guise of his commitment to support all women who make allegations. Not long ago, however, The Manson Podcast was able to catch up in their eighth episode with former drum tech and later drummer for Marilyn Manson, Daniel Fox, who was involved with the band from 2012 till 2018, which is a controversial period for Manson as far as the allegations are concerned. Daniel Fox grew up as a fan of Manson before he joined the band and has never wavered in his support for Manson since leaving the band and throughout the period of the accusations against him in 2021. Updates in the Ashley Walters and Bianca Kyne Cases Against Marilyn Manson as of June 2025

Ashley Walters vs. Brian Warner Although the Ashely Walters lawsuit was initially filed in 2021, it has only been at issue since April 25, 2024 when it was reinstated. On April 9, 2025, the Defendants Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. applied for an ex parte order to continue the trial date from June 2, 2025 to January 26, 2026. This is mainly due to the fact that depositions and discovery in this case were delayed due to the criminal investigation against Manson by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Since the end of this investigation, depositions have begun in this case but there was not adequate time for both the depositions and discovery to meet the trial date of June 2nd, hence the extension. Discovery was supposed to expire in this case in May 2025 to meet the June 2nd trial date. Marilyn Manson Continues His Streak of Hits With His Collaboration on "God Is A Weapon"

Between the release of his album One Assassination Under God - Chapter 1 last year and his cover of "In the Air Tonight" this past April, Marilyn Manson has rejuvenated his career with hits in charts around the world. His latest collaboration with Falling in Reverse titled "God Is A Weapon", which was released as a digital download and music video directed by Jensen Noen on May 20, 2025, has continued his streak of hit releases. The song debuted at number 67 on the UK Singles Downloads Chart and at number 70 on the UK Singles Sales Chart.
