A Deep Dive Into the Second Court Dismissal of the Case of Ashley Walters Against Her Former Employer Marilyn Manson

On December 16th 2025, it was announced that the case of Ashley Walters (ex-assistant) brought against her former employer Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner) through her second amended complaint on March 11th 2022, has been dismissed without prejudice. This is because on September 19th 2025, Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, and this Motion was granted on December 16th. Hence the jury trial which was scheduled for the 26th of January will no longer take place.  According to court documents, the Motion for Summary Judgment was granted for three reasons: 1. “There is no triable issue of material fact.” The court is saying: Even if we look at the evidence most favorably to the plaintiff, there is nothing a jury needs to decide because the key facts are either undisputed or legally irrelevant. Meaning: The dispute is purely legal, not factual — and the law favors the defendants. 2. “Plaintiff’s claims are time barred.” The court is saying:...

Marilyn Manson Attends The Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day Concert in San Diego

Marilyn Manson and his wife Lindsay Warner attended the final show of The Savior's Tour at Petco Park in San Diego on September 28th, with Green Day as the headliner supported by The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas. Manson's friendship and collaboration with Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins goes back many years, and this marks their first public meeting since the allegations against Manson in 2021. And of course James Iha, the guitarist of The Smashing Pumpkins, is the brother-in-law of Manson, being married to Lindsay's twin sister Ashley. Green Day has been sampling and covering Manson's "The Beautiful People" since at least 1998 (listen here ), but on their The Savior's Tour throughout the summer of 2024 their Intro has been a cool mix of "The Beautiful People" with "The Imperial March" from Star Wars . Marilyn Manson Releases Third Single and Music Video With Details of the Upcoming Album

  On Friday, September 27th, Marilyn Manson not only released the third new single and music video of his upcoming album, but also released certain details about the album itself and opened it up for pre-orders in various formats through his label Nuclear Blast Records. The upcoming 12th album of Marilyn Manson is titled One Assassination Under God: Chapter 1 and is scheduled for release worldwide on November 22nd. Marilyn Manson Announces He Will Perform at Vivo X El Rock 2025

It was announced at a press conference on September 23rd that Marilyn Manson is scheduled to perform at Vivo X El Rock in Lima, Peru, on March 29, 2025. His performance will be after Anthrax and before the headliner Avenged Sevenfold. Tickets will be on sale September 30th at 10:00 AM local time ( ticketmaster.pe ) . More than 40 bands, both national and international, will meet at the Lima Cultural Club in Chorrillos for Vivo X El Rock. Vivo X El Rock returns after a six year absence with one of the biggest events in the country. The staging promises to be impressive, with five simultaneous stages, an unprecedented technical challenge.

The Marilyn Manson Summer 2024 Tour Has Come To An End: What Have We Learned?

Marilyn Manson has successfully completed their Summer 2024 Tour of North America. It began on August 2nd in Hershey, Pennsylvania and ended in Houston, Texas on September 19th. A total of 30 shows, 6 of which he headlined to sold out crowds. During this time they released two new songs and two new music videos, "As Sick As The Secrets Within" (Aug. 2) which until now the music video has been viewed 4.4 million times on YouTube, and "Raise the Red Flag" (Aug. 16) which has been viewed 3.8 million times. They also released the Maxi Single CD on August 16th containing the two new songs along with a third new song "FRONT TOWARD ENEMY", which was limited to 3,000 CD's and sold out in less than 12 hours. The Intro of Marilyn Manson's Summer 2024 Tour

One of the things I always love about seeing Marilyn Manson live is to hear the songs he chooses to introduce his performance and then see what kind of Intro will precede his stage appearance. In the past, the setup for his stage show would take such a long time, that along with other songs entire albums were played, the most memorable being when the entire album of Pink Floyd's The Wall (80 minutes) was played and the crowd sang along to it, or when Iggy Pop's The Idiot (40 minutes) played from start to finish. When I attended a live performance in New Jersey on August 5th 2024, the wait time between sets wasn't that long, but I do recall hearing some songs play before Manson performed, though I was also a bit distracted and not paying as much attention as I should have. However, I can tell you the one song that was played right before the Intro, and I believe it has been played at every show this leg of the tour, though I'm not sure. Marilyn Manson's Motion to Strike Opposed by Bianca Allaine Kyne

As previously reported , Marilyn Manson's attorney Howard King submitted on August 23rd a Motion to Strike 37 references to sexual assault of a minor from Bianca Allaine Kyne's Second Amended Complaint, and asked the court for her to submit a Third Amended Complaint. On September 11th, Bianca's attorney Patrick Stoneking filed an opposition to Manson's Motion to Strike, stating that though the majority of the motions are inconsequential and Bianca has agreed to strike the majority of the references related to sexual assault of a minor, there are still a few references they are opposed to removing because it has bearing on her alleged assault when she was an adult in 1999. The first reference that Bianca refuses to have removed is related to what she believes was part of the grooming process that led to her being assaulted as an adult. A Lyrical Analysis of Marilyn Manson's "FRONT TOWARD ENEMY"

"FRONT TOWARD ENEMY" was the third track released by Marilyn Manson on August 16th 2024 exclusively on the Raise the Red Flag maxi-CD single, which had a limited release of 3,000 copies that sold out in under 12 hours. Though the two previous singles were released accompanied by music videos, this third exclusive release was only the song as the third track on the singles album. Musically it is perhaps the bands heaviest song since the 90's, especially Antichrist Superstar , and it even has certain sounds familiar to us from that album, such as "Little Horn" and "1996", though I would also include the single "Astonishing Panorama of the End Times". For those who have wanted a song that brings them back to that era, while at the same time holding up to the standards of a current and innovative sound, then this is the song you have been waiting for. Marilyn Manson Announces He Will Perform at Machaca Rock Fest 2024

It was announced today that Marilyn Manson is scheduled to perform at Machaca Rock Fest in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, in northern Mexico on November 30th. This will be his first festival show since 2019. His performance will be after a suprise band not yet announced, Houbastank and Simple Plan and before the headliner Limp Bizkit. News of Marilyn Manson's appearance at Machaca Rock Fest leaked last week, and you could see on social media the great excitement of fans of Marilyn Manson in Mexico that he will be performing at Machaca Rock Fest. The Three-Part Docuseries "Marilyn Manson: Unmasked" Will Reportedly Have a Limited Release in September 2024

Less than a year ago, in October 2023, it was officially announced that a three-part docuseries on Marilyn Manson was in production and due to be released in 2024. This docuseries is produced by Lightbox, co-financed by Channel 4 and FIFTH SEASON, and produced in partnership with Rolling Stone Films, with FIFTH SEASON also handling worldwide distribution rights. The last we heard was that it was shown to potential buyers in London in February 2024, with no news who the buyers were, if any. Last week we were finally given word of what looks like to be a slow roll out of the docuseries worldwide. Marilyn Manson Addresses Those Who Tried To Cancel Him

As an introduction to his performance of "Disposable Teens" at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on September 1st 2024, Marilyn Manson, speaking to his fans in the audience, addressed the attempt at his cancelation, saying: "How dare anybody try to take you away from me . How dare anybody try to take me away from you , cause I'm not FUCKING DISPOSABLE!" In saying this, Manson is telling the audience that even though there was an attempt to have him canceled, it was also an attempt at canceling all those who who support him and have been his fans. To say "how dare" is a response of offense and anger. When something is "disposable" it is intended to be used once, or until no longer useful, and then thrown away, which goes well with what cancelation really is. Marilyn Manson Files An Appeal In His Lawsuit Against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore

A 92-page request for an appeal was submitted on August 27th by Marilyn Manson's attorneys to reverse the court decision granting Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore their motions to strike and denying Manson's requests to submit the evidence backing up his claims. Below is a summary timeline of events that led to this appeal being filed: On April 28, 2022, Evan sought to strike the claims arising from the fake FBI letter, her role in causing people to make false accusations, and defamatory statements Gore made about the film "Groupie." With the motion, Evan submitted a declaration in which she said that she “did not fabricate or forge the FBI letter,” and “never pressured anyone to make false accusations.” On May 24, 2022, Illma moved to strike just the latter two.
