After Marilyn Manson's October 26th show in Brighton was canceled due to a few annoying male feminist moralizers who pressured Green Party members of the City Council, which owned the venue there, the only other real possible chance of another Manson show being canceled in England during his originally six scheduled tour dates was in Nottingham. This is because the Nottingham Motorpoint Arena is also owned by the City Council, though in Nottingham the Council is mainly dominated by the slightly less liberal Labour Party, if that makes any difference. The other four venues of the original six do not have this setup, so there is much less of a chance those will be canceled. Naturally, therefore, the male feminist fascist losers of Male Allies Challenging Sexism who want to control the purity standards of pristine England have focused their sites on Nottingham and pressuring the Council members to cancel the gig there. Just a few weeks after what was called the final performance of Black Sabbath, the godfather of heavy metal Ozzy Osbourne passed away at the age of 76 on July 22nd 2025.  Ozzy revealed his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in January 2020, though at this time we don't have an exact cause of his death. His family shared the following statement: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”  He identified as a Christian in the Church of England, though it didn't really play much of a role in his life, so it is unknown what kind of funeral he will have. A new article in the L.A. Times (July 9, 2025) explores the accomplishments of the new Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman over the first six months of taking office. According to prosecutors and law enforcement officials, the new district attorney has delivered “a return to normalcy” after the contentious term of progressive luminary George Gascón. One of his accomplishments over his predecessor explored in the article has been to close the Marilyn Manson investigation and not bring any charges against him. The L.A. Times however does not present it as an accomplishment, but as a political pitfall along with another high profile case he is involved in, the Menendez Brothers. According to the L.A. According to the British tabloid newspaper the  Daily Mail , when Marilyn Manson gave a 30 second video message tribute to Ozzy Osbourne at Black Sabbath's Back to the Beginning farewell concert on Saturday July 5th, it "sparked controversy."  Marilyn Manson and Ozzy Osbourne have been friends for many years, they have toured together a number of times and made multiple appearances together. In fact, before the pandemic struck in 2019, Marilyn Manson and Black Sabbath were planning a tour together, which unfortunately had to be canceled due to the pandemic. And when accusations came against Manson in 2021, the Osbourne family supported him. The Archbishop of San Luis Potosí, Jorge Alberto Cavazos Arizpe, clarified this Tuesday on July 8th that the Archdiocese is not behind the alleged call for 40 days of fasting and prayer in protest of Marilyn Manson's concert at the 2025 San Luis Potosí National Fair (FENAPO). In recent days, the idea that Catholic groups were organizing a "spiritual resistance" against the artist's performance, scheduled for August 10, has circulated widely on social media, as well as in local, national, and entertainment media. The information was disseminated without citing official sources, specific Catholic organizations, or fact-checking by the media outlets that disseminated the information. “We haven't called for a fast. We've already said enough on this issue,” Archbishop Cavazos Arizpe stated, according to local media. Marilyn Manson shared new photos taken by his wife Lindsay on his social media pages on July 4th, which he captioned with "Undependence Day".    Lindsay also shared a series of photos on her Instagram page for July 4th which featured two of Manson captioned "M by the window", two of Lindsay, two of Paeonias, two of Dahlias and centered by a blue and gold arrangement.   

The first Knotfest Mexico in the region since 2019 will feature Marilyn Manson and Falling In Reverse at the top of the bill, which will also feature five other heavy bands, including Slaughter to Prevail and Shinedown.  Marilyn Manson and Falling In Reverse recently collaborated with the release of the song "God Is A Weapon" on May 20th, which is widely considered one of the best songs released in 2025 so far, and as of today the music video has over 13 million views on YouTube. If Marilyn Manson joins Falling In Reverse onstage for a live performance of this song, it will surely be among the highlights of the festival. The festival will take place at Explanada del Estadio Banorte in Monterrey, Mexico on December 6th 2025. When it comes to the Marilyn Manson criminal investigation by the LASD on behalf of the LADA, we know there have been several questionable elements with unsatisfactory answers, but two stand out as most prominent. The first, as we recall, was when the LASD tried to close the investigation after 19 months and the LADA George Gascon forced them to continue due to the fact that they only handed in "partial case material," whatever that means. Two years would pass, this "partial case material" submitted in September 2022 was never explained or made whole, and the investigation seemed almost forgotten, until October 2024 when George Gascon announced they finally had new evidence in the Marilyn Manson investigation that needed to be explored. Ironically this was said towards the conclusion of the LADA campaign where George Gascon was running for reelection against his opponent Nathan Hochman, who was far in the lead to be the new DA. On April 1st it was announced that Marilyn Manson will kick off the second leg of his successful headlining "One Assassination Under God Tour" this fall. The European leg of the tour was scheduled to begin in the United Kingdom on October 29th in Brighton, along with five other shows in the U.K. (Bournemouth - Oct. 31, Cardiff - Nov. 1, Nottingham - Nov. 2, Manchester - Nov. 4, London - Nov. 7). Last year Marilyn Manson played to sold out crowds in their U.K. shows without any incidents and were received enthusiastically to rave reviews, while currently the upcoming Manchester show is already sold out.  However, on June 27th ticket holders to the first show of the European tour in Brighton were notified that the show had been canceled with the following email message:  "Due to unforeseen scheduling issues, Marilyn Manson is no longer able to play Brighton Centre on Wed 29 Oct 2025.
