Bianca Allaine Kyne, a resident of Maryland, originally filed a complaint against Brian Warner/Marilyn Manson as a Jane Doe on January 30, 2023, in New York under the Adult Survivors Act, asserting a sexual battery claim against Manson and intentional infliction of emotional distress. With this she also made allegations that he sexually assaulted her in the mid-1990's when she was a minor in her native Texas.
