Ashley Walters vs. Brian Warner Although the Ashely Walters lawsuit was initially filed in 2021, it has only been at issue since April 25, 2024 when it was reinstated. On April 9, 2025, the Defendants Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. applied for an ex parte order to continue the trial date from June 2, 2025 to January 26, 2026. This is mainly due to the fact that depositions and discovery in this case were delayed due to the criminal investigation against Manson by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Since the end of this investigation, depositions have begun in this case but there was not adequate time for both the depositions and discovery to meet the trial date of June 2nd, hence the extension. Discovery was supposed to expire in this case in May 2025 to meet the June 2nd trial date. Marilyn Manson announced his first headlining tour in the United States since 2019, which is scheduled to kick off on May 2nd in Grand Rapids, Michigan until May 25th in Dallas, Texas. The cities so far scheduled are located in the Central and Eastern parts of the United States.
Presale is set to launch today (January 21st) at noon ET using code "OAUGCH1," with tickets available at MarilynManson.com. Tickets go on sale this Friday (January 24) at 10AM local time.
Along with this announcement, Marilyn Manson will also be performing at the Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio on Staurday, July 19th. He will be opening for Slipknot. Ohio State Reformatory is where 1994's Shawshank Redemption was filmed, and is a reportedly haunted prison. Passes on sale now here.
