Tim Skold Rejoins Marilyn Manson

Marilyn Manson announced on his Instagram page today (February 17, 2026) the return of Tim Skold to the band following last months departure of Tyler Bates. He did this with two photos of him and Skold together, captioning one with the anticipated announcement: "We are the things of shapes to come. MM + TS." According to the dictionary, "If you say that something is the shape of things to come, you mean that it is the start of a new trend or development, and in the future things will be like this." Tim Skold likewise posted the photo on his Instagram page, after wiping out everything else, including those who he follows, choosing to follow only Marilyn Manson. Marilyn Manson in the Lineup for 2025's Rocklahoma and Louder Than Life


Marilyn Manson has been included in the lineup for two more rock music festivals this summer, Rocklahoma and Louder Than Life.

Rocklahoma is a three-day rock and metal music festival in its 18th year that will take place over Labor Day Weekend at the Rockin’ Red Dirt Ranch Festival Grounds in Pryor, Oklahoma, from August 29-31, 2025. Marilyn Manson is scheduled to play on the first day on Friday, August 29th after Alice Cooper and before Five Finger Death Punch.


Louder Than Life is a four-day rock and metal music festival in its 11th year that will take place at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky, from September 18-21, 2025. More than 190,000 people attended Louder Than Life in 2024. The festival should rack up similar numbers this year thanks to its heavy weight headliners and more than 160 bands. Marilyn Manson is scheduled to play on the first day on Thursday, September 18th after Cannibal Corpse and before Rob Zombie (performing the iconic White Zombie record Astro-Creep: 2000 in its entirety to celebrate the album’s 30th anniversary in a one-night only, worldwide exclusive performance).
