Marilyn Manson announced on his Instagram page today (February 17, 2026) the return of Tim Skold to the band following last months departure of Tyler Bates. He did this with two photos of him and Skold together, captioning one with the anticipated announcement: "We are the things of shapes to come. MM + TS." According to the dictionary, "If you say that something is the shape of things to come, you mean that it is the start of a new trend or development, and in the future things will be like this." Tim Skold likewise posted the photo on his Instagram page, after wiping out everything else, including those who he follows, choosing to follow only Marilyn Manson. Almost as soon as a 2025 European Winter tour was announced by Marilyn Manson, all ten dates in seven countries were completely sold out for what would be his first headlining tour since 2019.
The first show kicked off on February 10th in Zurich, Switzerland at Halle 622, with The Blackmordia as the supporting act. Not only was this Manson's first show of 2025, but it was his first headlining show since the release of his new album One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1. With him were the same band members - Tyler Bates (guitar, backing vocals), Reba Meyers (guitar, backing vocals), Matthew Montgomery (bass, backing vocals), and Gil Sharone (drums).
Being the first tour for the new album, the setlist included several newer songs than his previous performances in 2024, among them being the opener "Nod If You Understand" after an Intro with music from "Sacrifice of the Mass", as well as "Meet Me in Purgatory", "Death Is Not a Costume", and the Outro recording from "One Assassination Under God". Returning new songs were "Raise the Red Flag" and "As Sick as the Secrets Within". Performed for the first time since 2019 was "The Nobodies". "The Fight Song" was listed on the setlist, but wasn't played.
