On December 16th 2025, it was announced that the case of Ashley Walters (ex-assistant) brought against her former employer Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner) through her second amended complaint on March 11th 2022, has been dismissed without prejudice. This is because on September 19th 2025, Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, and this Motion was granted on December 16th. Hence the jury trial which was scheduled for the 26th of January will no longer take place. According to court documents, the Motion for Summary Judgment was granted for three reasons: 1. “There is no triable issue of material fact.” The court is saying: Even if we look at the evidence most favorably to the plaintiff, there is nothing a jury needs to decide because the key facts are either undisputed or legally irrelevant. Almost as soon as a 2025 European Winter tour was announced by Marilyn Manson, all ten dates in seven countries were completely sold out for what would be his first headlining tour since 2019.
The first show kicked off on February 10th in Zurich, Switzerland at Halle 622, with The Blackmordia as the supporting act. Not only was this Manson's first show of 2025, but it was his first headlining show since the release of his new album One Assassination Under God – Chapter 1. With him were the same band members - Tyler Bates (guitar, backing vocals), Reba Meyers (guitar, backing vocals), Matthew Montgomery (bass, backing vocals), and Gil Sharone (drums).
Being the first tour for the new album, the setlist included several newer songs than his previous performances in 2024, among them being the opener "Nod If You Understand" after an Intro with music from "Sacrifice of the Mass", as well as "Meet Me in Purgatory", "Death Is Not a Costume", and the Outro recording from "One Assassination Under God". Returning new songs were "Raise the Red Flag" and "As Sick as the Secrets Within". Performed for the first time since 2019 was "The Nobodies". "The Fight Song" was listed on the setlist, but wasn't played.
