This is mainly due to the fact that depositions and discovery in this case were delayed due to the criminal investigation against Manson by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Since the end of this investigation, depositions have begun in this case but there was not adequate time for both the depositions and discovery to meet the trial date of June 2nd, hence the extension. On Friday, September 27th, Marilyn Manson not only released the third new single and music video of his upcoming album, but also released certain details about the album itself and opened it up for pre-orders in various formats through his label Nuclear Blast Records.
The upcoming 12th album of Marilyn Manson is titled One Assassination Under God: Chapter 1 and is scheduled for release worldwide on November 22nd. The Tracklist is as follows:
