Trial Date Set for Ashley Walters Case Against Marilyn Manson

According to Rolling Stone (which purposefully posted a photo of Manson from the last decade looking defeated), Ashley Walters, who was Marilyn Manson's personal assistant from 2010 to 2011, and whose case against him was revived upon appeal in December 2023, is now set to get a trial against her former boss, with a jury trial set to begin June 2, 2025. Apparently there was an attempt to resolve the case through mediation in December 2023, but according to Walters’ lawyer, James Vagnini, the parties were “not successful at resolving the case.” “We are happy that the delays are behind us and that we will have an opportunity to depose Mr. Warner and present all the facts to a jury next year,” Walters’ lawyer James Vagnini said in a statement to Rolling Stone . “We are confident they will acknowledge the harm done to Ms. Walters and deliver a resounding message to all survivors of such terrible abuse.” There has been no comment as of yet from Manson's team, but he has denied &q

Lindsay Warner Shares Valentine's Day Photos (February 13, 2024)

On February 13, 2024, Lindsay Warner shared 6 new beautiful photographs on her Instagram page, along with one separate photo in her Instastories, the latter of which was shared by Marilyn Manson in his stories, along with the above photo captioned "Forever Valentine".

Valentine's Day is a significant theme in the work of Manson that we have seen a number of times, going back to his song "Valentine's Day" from Holy Wood. Besides also seeing it featured in some of his log-term past relationships, February 14th has also been a day when Manson has sometimes released some sort of new material. To add to this, it has been said that three songs from the Triptych were recorded on Valentine's Day ("Irresponsible Hate Anthem" - 1996, "I Want to Disappear" - 1998, and "Born Again" - 2000) to signify the beginning of Manson's revolution, which has been commemorated (repeated?) ever since.

Most interesting among these photos is what appears to be an indiscernible angel-like figure immersed in the shadow of moonlight, whose wings form the shape of a heart. Angels are turning out to be a theme in this new era, if we recall also the use of the "Fallen Angel" by Alexandre Cabanel at Manson's last birthday party. That angel was depicted in a somewhat vulnerable position ready for vengeance, but this one seems to indicate it is more focused and aware of its purpose as a new day dawns, despite being alone. We are still being given glimpses through shadows of what is coming. But it is significant to recall that Manson has also referred to angels a number of times in his work, usually as a reference to himself, such as in his song "Angel with the Scabbed Wings" from Antichrist Superstar, or even his lyric "Sometimes I dream I'm an exterminating angel" from "Unkillable Monster" on The High End of Low.
