On September 18, 2023, Marilyn Manson pleaded no contest to charges that he blew his nose on videographer Susan Fountain at a 2019 New Hampshire concert, and for this he was ordered to pay a small fine and perform 20 hours of community service. When he was asked by a reporter after this verdict how he planned to spend his community service, Manson said: "Hopefully work with people in rehab." He had till February 4th to complete his community service.

The community service was done at the Glendale Windsor Club, a non-profit organization whose "primary purpose is to provide meeting locations for Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon groups (families of alcoholics) to achieve a more meaningful life through recovery," according to their website.
According to the court order of September 18th, Manson needs to remain arrest-free and notify local police of any New Hampshire performances for two years.
