Updates in the Ashley Walters and Bianca Kyne Cases Against Marilyn Manson as of June 2025

Ashley Walters vs. Brian Warner Although the Ashely Walters lawsuit was initially filed in 2021, it has only been at issue since April 25, 2024 when it was reinstated. On April 9, 2025, the Defendants Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. applied for an ex parte order to continue the trial date from June 2, 2025 to January 26, 2026. This is mainly due to the fact that depositions and discovery in this case were delayed due to the criminal investigation against Manson by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. Since the end of this investigation, depositions have begun in this case but there was not adequate time for both the depositions and discovery to meet the trial date of June 2nd, hence the extension. Discovery was supposed to expire in this case in May 2025 to meet the June 2nd trial date. Marilyn Manson Has Completed His 20 Hours of Community Service


On September 18, 2023, Marilyn Manson pleaded no contest to charges that he blew his nose on videographer Susan Fountain at a 2019 New Hampshire concert, and for this he was ordered to pay a small fine and perform 20 hours of community service. When he was asked by a reporter after this verdict how he planned to spend his community service, Manson said: "Hopefully work with people in rehab." He had till February 4th to complete his community service.

The Associated Press reported on February 3, 2024, that Marilyn Manson completed his 20 hours of community service last month, and his certificate of completion was submitted to the courts on January 30th.

The community service was done at the Glendale Windsor Club, a non-profit organization whose "primary purpose is to provide meeting locations for Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon groups (families of alcoholics) to achieve a more meaningful life through recovery," according to their website.

According to the court order of September 18th, Manson needs to remain arrest-free and notify local police of any New Hampshire performances for two years. 
 
In a recent interview, Kat Von D, a friend of Manson, stated that he has been sober for more than two years now.
