The Encounter Around the time they were filming the movie Party Monster , Green, along with Macaulay Culkin and Marilyn Manson, were on their way to a club when they encountered Andy Dick. The Provocation When Dick joined the group, he tried to get the attention of both Culkin and Manson. He first interacted with Culkin, who pushed him away.
