Marilyn Manson will performing at Arizona Bike Week in Scottsdale, Arizona on Saturday, April 5th 2025! Though Manson had not been previously scheduled for this event which is just a few weeks away, yesterday Arizona Bike Week made the following announcement on their social media pages: "Five Finger Death Punch had to cancel their performance due to a family matter, but we’re thrilled to announce Marilyn Manson will be taking the stage in the RockYard on Saturday, April 5th!! Saturday ticket holders will be receiving an email regarding this schedule change." Due to the lineup change, this will be Marilyn Manson's first headliner at a festival since his return to the stage last year. Regarding the nearly last minute schedule change, Arizona Bike Week producer Lisa Cyr told the Arizona Republic the following: “It’s been a little crazy, obviously. A lot of scrambling. But we’re pretty excited with the way it all turned out. Marilyn Manson, I hear that his last few tours hav...
L.A. District Attorney George Gascón Provides Peculiar Update on the Marilyn Manson Case: What Is Really Going On?
On October 9th 2024, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón provided a peculiar update on the Brian Warner/Marilyn Manson case. His statement on the status of the case is as follows:
“Experienced prosecutors from our office’s Sex Crimes Division are carefully reviewing new leads and additional evidence that continue to come to our attention from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s investigation. New evidence has emerged within the last few weeks, adding to an already extensive case file presented to our office by the LASD. It is our office’s responsibility to ensure that we have a complete picture of the admissible evidence available before making a filing decision. Senior staff members have met with victims, and our prosecutors continue to remain in contact with the victims and their representatives throughout this process. We are committed to making sure they are treated with dignity and respect. I have received requests from victims to meet personally to discuss the case, however, as the case is being investigated it would be inappropriate for me, as District Attorney, to meet with victims during this time. We anticipate making a filing decision soon and will provide an update when that time comes. At that time, I look forward to meeting with the victims to discuss how my office can continue to support them.”

The investigation of Marilyn Manson by the LASD, whose findings were to be reported to the LADA, began around February 2021. In November 2021, there was a raid on Manson's home due to "new leads" of Chloe Black and other accusers who mentioned in their lawsuit that a minor was sexually assaulted and possibly murdered in a short film by Manson called Groupie, and that he supposedly had a room called a "rape room". Shortly afterwards these claims were debunked.
On September 12th 2022, I received a direct video response from George Gascón to a question I submitted on Evan Rachel Wood's birthday (September 7th - per her request through her Instagram stories) directly to the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office in their #AskTheDA series on Instagram. He stated that the investigation was nearly complete.
Seven days after George Gascón issued his statement on the Marilyn Manson case, it was reported that the LASD finally concluded its 19-month investigation into the charges against Marilyn Manson, and handed over their findings to the District Attorney's office. Soon after, the D.A.'s office issued a statement of clarification, stating: "There is more material that is still outstanding, however, we do not have a timeline for the additional submission from the LASD." This was the last update we received before today's update more than two years later.
What is this additional material that Gascon was talking about two years ago that he knew was coming but needed time for review and now suddenly has appeared and is finally under review?
My theory is that this is all about Bianca Allaine Kyne.
In October of 2022, less than a month after Gascón issued his final statement returning the files to the LASD, Bianca was already strongly implying on her Facebook page that she was preparing to file a lawsuit against Manson. And as we know, her long time close friend Lenora Claire works in the District Attorney's office as an advisor on sex crimes. My theory is that when the LASD submitted their findings to the D.A.'s office and Gascón returned their findings and told them to wait for more material that was soon to come, it was because Lenora told him that he should wait for Bianca to file her lawsuit. On January 31st 2023, Bianca finally filed her lawsuit in New York. She also recently filed in Louisiana. Bianca herself just moved to Los Angeles from Maryland earlier this past summer and has become more vocal and publicly involved in her case. And we are now less than a month away from elections and Gascón could very well lose his position. The timeline fits that Gascón's latest statement is a fulfillment of his statement two years ago, and with Bianca's attorney Jeff Anderson's latest antics it seems most probable that the "new leads and additional evidence" is from him about Bianca, though there may be something additional to it we don't know about.
It should also not be a coincidence that as soon as the D.A.'s office published their latest statement on their website, Bianca posted about it immediately. And earlier the same day, she went on an unhinged rant on her new Instagram page (she made the tired claim that Manson hacked her old page), which consisted of her making a post about her recent appearance in the Los Angeles Times and then following it up with comments she was obviously thinking about for hours after her post. They were as follows:

Notice how Bianca says "the police are fully aware." In other words, she is implying that they are aware in order to prevent Manson from touring overseas early next year. I see this as an admission that she and her attorney made the police in Los Angeles "aware" recently, when Manson announced and soon after completely sold out his Winter 2025 European Tour, hence Gascon stating that "new leads and additional evidence" was submitted.
I believe that Gascon is now relieved to finally receive these long awaited files after two years of waiting, and now that the Sex Crimes Division of his office is looking into it he can finally end the case before his term and possibly District Attorney career is over. I wouldn't be surprised if we know the results by the end of this month, and if not, then we will know soon after the election.
There are also clues in his latest statement to show that he is preparing for what could be negative results for the accusers of Manson. In the statement he refers to the accusers as "victims" five times, and not "alleged victims". He also implies that despite the results, he will make sure to meet with the victims if they so desire afterwards and will continue to offer them support. Telling also is that he says "it would be inappropriate for me, as District Attorney, to meet with victims during this time." He doesn't say it is against the law, or not allowed, but "inappropriate", which means he could do it if he wants, but he just doesn't want to, or at least he doesn't want to seem unfair, I guess. These clues tell me that he is trying to show he is not against the "victims", even if no charges are brought against Manson. Though I disagree with him calling them "victims", I understand why he wouldn't want to call them "alleged" victims, though I think it would be more appropriate to refer to them as "accusers", since it very well could be that Manson is the real victim in this. Also, it is important to keep in mind that his final decision in this matter doesn't show whether Manson is innocent or guilty, but whether there is enough evidence that deserves to be brought up in a criminal trial.
All in all, Gascón's statement is very carefully written to be pro-victim, but this does not mean he is favoring the victims in his final decision. I think he is just being very careful that even if the evidence is not there to bring charges against Manson, that he doesn't want to come off as supporting Manson and being against the alleged victims, especially with elections being so near. As for my theory that the "new leads and additional evidence" is from Jeff Anderson about Bianca, it is only a theory, but I think the one that makes the most sense, though I wouldn't be surprised if Jeff submitted some new statement from a new client he dug up somewhere, but I doubt it would be anything significant this late in the game.

Update on a New Development to This Story:
There is an an interesting new development to this story. It appears that the reason Gascon made this public statement yesterday is because Esme Bianco has been trying to meet with him and force him to make a decision quicker, but he has refused to meet with her. This report comes from a press release from the Republican candidate for Los Angeles District Attorney, Nathan Hochman. Yes, the opponent of George Gascon. Why did he issue a press release for this? Because Esme Bianco and numerous victim advocates, gathered and protested the policies of Gascon outside the downtown Hall of Justice. Esme Bianco, the report says, tried numerous times to meet with Gascon, but he refused to meet with her. She went on to say the following, according to the report:
"Almost four years ago, I did what victims of rape are ‘supposed’ to
do—I went to the police. I described in agonizing detail how the
musician Brian Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson, raped and abused
me during our relationship. Despite a thorough investigation and
hundreds of pieces of evidence being submitted to the District
Attorney’s office, I am still waiting for justice. In the meantime, I
have received death threats, while my abuser continues to perform
publicly,” Ms. Bianco said
“It was not until D.A. Gascon knew I would stand up and publicly
demand answers, while sharing a podium with his political opponent, that
he tried to offer some explanation. This speaks volumes to where his
priorities truly lie. Because I am not the only survivor waiting for
answers, with a backlog of hundreds of cases sitting in limbo at the
District Attorney’s office. While I have the privilege of media
attention, many survivors do not. We will be ignored no longer. Justice
delayed is justice denied and survivors deserve better."
Ms. Bianco added: “Los Angeles County deserves a District Attorney
who will advocate for victims of gender-based violence and protect the
public from sexual predators. I strongly believe it is time for a change
and Nathan Hochman will be getting my vote.”
There you have it. Esme Bianco has teamed up with George Gascon's opponent. Honestly, this does not look good for Manson if Hochman wins and Gascon has not made a final decision in the case. Hochman would have to keep a promise to Bianco to do something in her favor for supporting him. Personally, I hope this now leads to Gascon making the decision sooner than later.
This new information doesn't change my theory above, but it does show what is behind the peculiar update yesterday by Gascon.
Also, I just want to add, notice how the report calls Esme "Ms. Bianco". This shows that Esme is still denying that she is married and has two children. She has been denying this for years.
