Esme Bianco Has Politicized the Marilyn Manson Investigation

As mentioned in my previous post , Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon issued a peculiar statement on October 9th updating people on the criminal investigation of Marilyn Manson by his office. In the statement it was revealed that "our office’s Sex Crimes Division are carefully reviewing new leads and additional evidence that continue to come to our attention from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s investigation." He also informed us that they "anticipate making a filing decision soon and will provide an update when that time comes." The problem with this is that George Gascon is in danger of losing his position to his opposing candidate, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Nathan Hochman, who is running as an Independent. Esme Bianco Has Politicized the Marilyn Manson Investigation

As mentioned in my previous post, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon issued a peculiar statement on October 9th updating people on the criminal investigation of Marilyn Manson by his office. In the statement it was revealed that "our office’s Sex Crimes Division are carefully reviewing new leads and additional evidence that continue to come to our attention from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s investigation." He also informed us that they "anticipate making a filing decision soon and will provide an update when that time comes."

The problem with this is that George Gascon is in danger of losing his position to his opposing candidate, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Nathan Hochman, who is running as an Independent. Los Angeles residents have realized that progressive policies on criminal justice make things worse for their city, and it appears that a change is just weeks away at the November 5th election. Will we finally be getting the results of the Manson investigation by November 5th?

The next day after this statement was issued, however, on October 10th, an unexpected bombshell took place: Esme Bianco decided to publicly oppose Gascon and endorse Nathan Hochman just weeks away from the election. The reason: because the Manson investigation has taken too long and Gascon has not returned her repeated phone calls and emails to meet with her about the Manson case. Gascon had mentioned in his statement the day prior that he aims to help victims as much as his office can, but in regards to meeting with alleged victims himself, "as the case is being investigated it would be inappropriate for me, as District Attorney, to meet with victims during this time."

Speaking outside the downtown Hall of Justice to the media amid numerous victim advocates, along with her lawyer Jay Ellwanger and Gascon's opponent, Esme Bianco endorsed Nathan Hochman while denouncing Gascon as she delivered the following speech:

While at first the media widely reported on the statement issued by Gascon, as soon as Esme delivered her speech with the aim of wide media attention, the news began to focus on her. When covering the statement by Gascon, news sources were doing a terrible job at reporting the news, some falsely reporting that the Manson investigation has revived due to new evidence. Then the news widely covered Esme's fury with Gascon, forcing the Manson investigation to become politicized. Esme blamed Gascon for issuing the statement in light of news from the previous day that she would be endorsing his opponent. Then the media began interviewing Gascon and Hochman, focusing on Gascon position as being on the side of the inappropriateness of the District Attorney to meet with the victims before a decision has been made lest it compromise the investigation, while Hochman argues that a District Attorney should meet with the victims and get all the details of the case directly from them (no word yet if he would give Manson the same opportunity). The damage of such politicization is that if Gascon comes out with the results within the next few weeks, or if it is passed on to Hochman, no matter what the results will be, it leaves the results as being viewed by one side or the other as being compromised and therefore up for dispute. This is especially true if Hochman rules in favor of the victims and against Manson, since Manson supporters will always have the image of Esme standing next to Hochman endorsing him based on his promise to her over this very issue and he hugging her after her very anti-Manson speech. To Manson supporters, it looks like he has already made his ruling, and our hopes can only be with Gascon making a fair ruling, but if the results are in Manson's favor, they will likely be disputed by Bianco and her supporters, and the same the other way around. And it should be noted that all of the accusers and their supporters are on the side of Bianco in denouncing Gascon and endorsing Hochman, including Evan Rachel Wood, who returned to Instagram just to repost Esme's entire speech in her Instastories. The only question mark has been Bianca Allaine Kyne and her lawyer Jeff Anderson, who have been silent on this development.

The first noteworthy media coverage after this speech by Esme was from Rolling Stone, who she actually did an interview with an hour after her speech. In this interview, where for the first time it was revealed publicly that she is a married mother of two (which she publicly denied a few years ago), we are informed that Bianco did a "three-hour interview to prosecutors at the Hall of Justice in downtown Los Angeles last January, and she is willing to testify in front of a jury." Rolling Stone went on to report the following from the exclusive interview:

“What is the holdup? I’m doing all the things. It’s long overdue that Brian Warner sees the inside of a courtroom. I would be ecstatic if he saw the inside of a jail, because that’s where he deserves to be, but whatever is coming, we’ll survive it. We’ve survived it this far. Once you’ve survived him, you could survive anything. If I have to walk through hell reliving it all over again, and it puts him behind bars, then that’s what I’ll do,” she tells Rolling Stone in an exclusive interview. She just wants a decision, one way or another, Bianco says. Otherwise, she’s trapped in a “constant state of unbalance, just waiting to see which of two drastically different trajectories” her life is about to take.

“I don’t take issue with due process at all. I don’t take issue with a thorough investigation. I want them to do a thorough investigation because I know the truth, so I want them to do that. I want to make sure that if they bring charges against him, and if it goes to trial, that it’s an airtight case and they will win. The last thing I want is to see him go through a trial and get away with it. But there has to be a point at which you call ‘time,’ and you make an informed decision. Nearly four years is far beyond a reasonable amount of time to keep multiple survivors of a serial perpetrator waiting,” Bianco says, sitting at a table Thursday about a block from the same Hall of Justice.

She says it feels “really wrong” that she’s had to “hound” prosecutors for updates. “I’ve handed over all of my evidence, warts and all. I’ve made it perfectly clear I’m going to be as cooperative as I can be. I’ve made myself available to them. I have the willingness to stick my neck out. Yet, we’re still waiting,” she says. “It’s just devastating.”

...

Bianco faulted Gascón for releasing a “preemptive press statement” after learning about the Hochman event instead of reaching out to her personally first. Speaking to Rolling Stone, she says Gascón’s claim that it was inappropriate for him to speak directly with an alleged victim during an active investigation “feels very hollow.”

“That is his literal job, to be an advocate for victims. And to be ignored by him, it’s disgusting,” Bianco says. She and Ellwanger provided evidence that Bianco emailed Gascón directly in August 2022 and again in March 2023 and received no response.

No matter what happens with the election, Bianco says she wants movement and a decision. “It’s not a decision that will feel easy either way. Do I want Brian to be charged? One thousand percent. Do I also know that’s going to bring a highly publicized and very traumatizing trial, yes. Am I willing to go through it? You bet your ass I am,” she says.

Video coverage and exclusive interviews were also made by FOX 11 Los Angeles, Inside Edition and ABC News Nightline, which can all be viewed below:

Esme Bianco's Speech:

First of all, she mentions doing what she was supposed to do, which was go to the police. We know that for years now Evan Rachel Wood has advocated not going to the police, especially to get a restraining order, since her argument is that going to the police doesn't help but makes things worse. Esme likely has the same sentiments. What she doesn't mention in her speech is that she went to the police in 2021, which is ten years after the alleged incidents she accuses Manson of. When you wait that long to go to the police and demand an investigation, it makes it much more difficult to investigate a case, since the possible evidence and corroboration is long gone. If she were to mention this fact in her speech, it would leave her primarily responsible for the investigation being prolonged, so it was convenient for her to leave out that important detail.

Second, she mentions leaving the police a bunch of evidence. What she describes is a large evidence file her lawyer Jay Ellwanger mistakenly leaked in a zip file and made public when he mishandled the Ashley Morgan Smithline case. About a handful of people retrieved this evidence file and examined it in detail, including myself. What she describes is exactly what is in there, however it does not enhance her case in any way unless it is manipulated to do so. If anything, it makes Manson look more innocent of anything he is accused of. In time I will discuss the content of this file more and more in order to show how deceptive Esme Bianco has been.

Third, every time Esme speaks, she plays the victim card, especially when she repeats over and over again how many death threats she has received, and this time she even includes death threats to her family and friends. Never once has she showed these death threats. I'm not necessarily denying them, since I myself have received a few death threats supporting Manson, though I personally dismiss them cause they don't bother me a bit and I never bring them up. Manson's accusers use these supposed death threats to enhance their victimhood however, therefore they should make them public every time they come up, otherwise such claims should not be accepted as truthful. If Esme showed me a death threat from a Manson supporter, I would know to avoid and block that Manson supporter and report them on social media as well.

Fourth, the song "We Know Where You Fucking Live", which the accusers narcissistically believe is about them, is a song from 2017 before any accusations were made about Manson. The song is a rallying cry perfect for a concert setting to hype up an audience, which I interpret, though I could be wrong, as Manson encouraging his fans towards causing chaos while simultaneously his fans are encouraging him to cause chaos, though for Manson this is something only encouraged usually within the space of artistic expression and towards internal growth. None of his songs encourage violence towards others; in fact, it is very much the opposite.

Fifth, Esme comes off as a spoiled cry baby with her complaints against the District Attorney and his team. Though there is much to criticize Gascon for, Esme even admits she was given as much access as she needed, though it is Gascon's personal policy to not meet with victims lest the case be compromised. But she doesn't care, and as we have seen, she wants the case to be compromised in her favor, which leads me to believe that Gascon wisely refuses to meet with victims. And if a District Attorney meets with accusers, then he should also be open to equally meeting with those who have been accused. Both sides have wanted this investigation over with for a long time, the difference is that the accusers have proven to aim towards manipulating the system in their favor.

Sixth, Esme says that "Justice delayed is justice denied." However, she built her entire activist career as someone who has tried to delay justice by helping to draft and pass the Phoenix Act. Just recently, in a speech from September 1, 2023, she stated: "Let's give survivors the time they need to heal and seek justice." And in a speech on August 12, 2024, she said: "Justice for domestic violence should know no limit." Esme Bianco wants to shorten justice and delay justice at her convenience, because she thinks the law should revolve around her. To get what she wants, she uses her own victimhood.

Seventh, eerily silent in all this has been Lenora Claire, a close friend of Esme and Caroline Heldman. Lenora has "liked" Esme's statement on Instagram, but has made no posts on it. Her boss is Gascon, being his advisor in sexual misconduct cases, so all this must seem awkward for her.

Rolling Stone:

First, Esme says: "It’s long overdue that Brian Warner sees the inside of a courtroom." However, it was guaranteed that Manson would have been brought to trial if Esme did not settle out of court with Manson and got a payout. Now, not only has Esme broken her settlement by publicly going after Manson again, but she has used that money to give herself a makeover and renew her activist career with a new focus on Manson to do anything she has to in order to bring him to a criminal trial. This reveals that Esme believes she is above the law and can interpret the law at her own convenience since she narcissistically believes the law revolves around her.

Second, Esme says: "Once you’ve survived him, you could survive anything." Personally, I think Manson should make a t-shirt out of this line. Esme didn't have to survive anything from Manson. He hosted her in America to help her escape from her alleged abusive husband at the time in England and to help her get her career started in America. The worst thing that happened to Esme while she was with Manson was when she and Manson's assistant Ashley Walters took Manson's only car without his permission and they totaled it in a crash which got Walters a DUI for driving while under the influence. If Manson was who Esme says he was, he would have retaliated against her just for that, but instead put his friendship with the both of them above any anger or frustration he may have felt.

Third, Esme talks about a decision being made in the investigation instead of her being in a "constant state of unbalance, just waiting to see which of two drastically different trajectories” her life should take. This is a very odd comment, since she has made her entire life hang on the balance of what the District Attorney will decide. If anything, it is her decision to revolve her life around this matter, and not a necessity. What is she so nervous about? This just makes her look like a nutcase, which no doubt she blames Manson for.

Fourth, Esme says: "I don’t take issue with due process at all. I don’t take issue with a thorough investigation. I want them to do a thorough investigation because I know the truth, so I want them to do that. I want to make sure that if they bring charges against him, and if it goes to trial, that it’s an airtight case and they will win. The last thing I want is to see him go through a trial and get away with it." In other words, for Bianco, due process is making sure Manson doesn't "get away with it." In fact, due process is giving the accused the opportunity to be heard, and allowing them to defend themselves, not pre-convicting someone you choose to convict.

FOX 11 Los Angeles:

The most interesting thing about the FOX 11 Los Angeles report is hearing directly from both Gascon and Hochman, and their opposing views on the matter brought up by Esme Bianco, which sets the tone for the politicization of the Manson investigation.

Inside Edition:

Nothing new in this report except more coverage of the event at the Hall of Justice.

ABC News Nightline:

This is the longest of the news reports done on the events of the past few days, running nearly 9 minutes.

First, they have Sunny Hostin from The View, who is also a legal analyst for ABC News, inform us that sexual assault cases normally take many years to investigate, especially if a case includes multiple victims, since the job of the District Attorney is to get it right in determining if criminal charges should or should not be made.

Second, they have Rose McGowan look back in hindsight on her relationship with Manson, and quotes her saying "he turned into a pretty vile person," making it appear he was vile during their relationship, but when you watch the interview in context, she refers to after their breakup during an appearance by Manson on The Howard Stern Show where he was jokingly saying in order to entertain the audience that Rose was a bad actress and that she stole his patio furniture after the breakup, and she took this as a betrayal of their friendship after the relationship ended because it made her look bad. Though it should be pointed out, their feud is long since over and today they are good friends and she supports him against his accusers.

Third, the report also presents partially a new statement from Manson's lawyer, Howard King, in which he encourages the District Attorney to release to the public all of Esme Bianco's evidence...

Fourth, Gascon is interviewed and explains the difficulty of gathering and examining evidence and testimonies in cases like Manson's. Very interestingly, when he was asked what the "new evidence" was that he mentioned in his statement and was widely reported about in the media, he responds that "it's not new allegations, it's corroborating evidence to some of the allegations we've been working on. I cannot get into the details, but I can tell you they corroborate some of the allegations of the victims." He also says that these are about old allegations, and the new information has come up in the past three or four weeks. He also oddly states: "We're being also very careful, because it seems promising." Promising for who and for what? In my last article I mentioned that this likely has to do with Bianca Allaine Kyne, who claims in her lawsuit against Manson that she was groomed by Manson in 1999 while in Los Angeles and from there he persuaded her to join him on his then tour. Though I still sort of stand by that theory, we also see how politicized this has all become, and now it is difficult to believe there is anything true in Gascon's statement if indeed he issued it as a political response to his opponent hosting Esme Bianco to denounce Gascon. With this being the case, it is hard to trust anything in this investigation from now on. This is because Esme Bianco has politicized the Marilyn Manson investigation, and used high pressure tactics on both candidates for political reasons to take her side based on sympathy for an alleged victim.
