On December 16th 2025, it was announced that the case of Ashley Walters (ex-assistant) brought against her former employer Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner) through her second amended complaint on March 11th 2022, has been dismissed without prejudice. This is because on September 19th 2025, Marilyn Manson and Marilyn Manson Records, Inc. filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, and this Motion was granted on December 16th. Hence the jury trial which was scheduled for the 26th of January will no longer take place. According to court documents, the Motion for Summary Judgment was granted for three reasons: 1. “There is no triable issue of material fact.” The court is saying: Even if we look at the evidence most favorably to the plaintiff, there is nothing a jury needs to decide because the key facts are either undisputed or legally irrelevant. Meaning: The dispute is purely legal, not factual — and the law favors the defendants. 2. “Plaintiff’s claims are time barred.” The court is saying:...
Bianca Allaine Kyne Fails To Properly Update Amended Complaint; Marilyn Manson Makes a Motion To Strike
On July 2, 2024, the court ordered for Bianca Allaine Kyne to make a Second Amended Complaint, striking all references in her original and first amended complaint that spoke of Marilyn Manson's alleged sexual misconduct with minors which supposedly took place in other states. Her Second Amended Complaint was supposed to only focus on allegations of sexual misconduct toward the Plaintiff when she was an adult and that took place in New York, where the lawsuit was filed. She was given thirty days to submit her Second Amended Complaint.
Though Bianca initially agreed to this ruling, it is clear that she either misunderstood how to apply it or purposefully ignored to fully implement it. This can be seen in an article soon after published for the media by her law firm which continued to reference her as a victim of Marilyn Manson when she was a minor, and they even went so far as to deem the court ruling a victory for them when in reality it was a victory for Marilyn Manson. On August 2, 2024, Bianca finally submitted her Second Amended Complaint, and though some references that were ordered to be stricken were indeed done, there still remained 37 references in her Second Amended Complaint to Marilyn Manson as a child predator.
Because of this, Marilyn Manson's attorney Howard King submitted on August 23rd a Motion to Strike these 37 references from her Second Amended Complaint. He is now asking the court for Bianca to submit a Third Amended Complaint.

An Interesting Note on Bianca Allaine Kyne's Birthday and the Origins of her Lawsuit
As a side note to what I posted above, I would like to add that today, August 26th, is Bianca's 45th birthday. There is a certain significance of this date to the court case she brought against Marilyn Manson. As I have noted elsewhere, originally Bianca issued a statement along with media interviews against Manson with his other accusers in early February 2021 after she contacted Esme Bianco. After this she went silent on the matter, revealing early that summer in what she thought was a private email to former Marilyn Manson band member Jeordie White some regret for not telling the truth and her desire to move away from the matter.
However, things began to change for Bianca when Marilyn Manson appeared at Kanye West's Donda listening party on August 26th 2021. As Bianca revealed in Facebook posts in 2022, when she saw Manson appear on the stage in Holy Wood makeup specifically on her birthday, she took it as a direct message and threat against her, since she claimed to have been with him when news came of the Columbine Massacre. As she wrote in 2022, by him sending this threatening message to her on her birthday, she decided to move forward with a lawsuit to stop him.
