It was announced that 102.9 THE HOG and Manyo Motors will present HOG Fest - Shock and Awe 2025 with Five Finger Death Punch headlining and Marilyn Manson and The Funeral Portrait as guests. This will take place on Thursday, July 17th at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In anticipation of their four year wedding anniversary, on May 14th, Lindsay Warner released six photographs on her Instagram of which two were shared in Marilyn Manson's Instastories.

The photos include two shots of their beautiful "Garden", one "still life" (nature morte) shot of an arrangement of flowers with a skull on one end and a figurine of Marie Antoinette holding her decapitated head on the other, two lovely shots of Lindsay holding a bouquet taken by Manson with both captioned "We have loved each other for 15 years," and one shot of Manson holding a single flower with both hands which is captioned "My Soulmate".

And as previously mentioned elsewhere, the combination of decapitated heads and flowers can be viewed as a symbol of new life and the beginning of a new cycle, since in the Holy Wood era, which the current era is borrowing heavily from, one meaning for the decapitated head could reference the symbolism of the Hydra, who though thought dead from decapitation, a new head grows with an elevated consciousness that seeks to complete the revolution against those who attempted its destruction.

If there is any more significance to the figure of Marie Antoinette, we can add that her famous decapitation took place in an atmosphere of revolution, and the accusations leveled against her along with the subsequent trial were unjust and heavily based on slander. Not only was she just given one day to prepare for her defense, but she even had to face an accusation of incest, a charge made by her son Louis Charles, pressured into doing so by the radical Jacques Hébert who controlled him.

This year it holds special significance because it is the 15th anniversary since Manson and Lindsay fell in love in 2009, and they were married on the 15th day of the 5th month of the year.

First, Manson posted a teaser video with new music that was mutually posted by his new record label, Nuclear Blast Records. Nuclear Blast Records is the world's biggest independent Heavy Metal label, established in Germany in 1987. They have over 120 metal bands signed to their label, with many of the world's top heavy metal bands, including some familiar to Manson fans, such as Rob Zombie, Ministry and Slayer, with Manson now probably their most commercially recognized artist. If you recall, as soon as Evan Rachel Wood issued her statement against Manson on February 1st 2021, Manson's then label Loma Vista Recordings sent a statement to Billboard and said it will no longer promote Manson’s then recent album We Are Chaos or work with him on future projects. Now Manson has revealed that he has signed on to a growing record label more suited to his style. In a new statement sent to Billboard, Nuclear Blast said it is “heralding a new phase in the career of this iconic metal artist,” though it declined to provide further details on the nature of the deal.
Second, we were treated to a teaser of a music video directed by Bill Yukich which is rich in imagery that brings together the storyline of the new era and which has been slowly developing through photos for months now. I won't get too much into the details, since I want to wait and see if there is more to this video, but flash images seem to convey something ritualistic, as if there may be symbolic significance taken from the Occult sciences. We first see Manson in the shadows with a red curtain/light behind him as he is slowly revealed. The images that we then get all show Manson being recreated and renewed as a new Adam and placed in the Garden. New blood is flowing through his veins and fresh oxygen is in his lungs. He is now ready to reemerge. The lyrics that are heard being whispered are "Keep sleeping, I'll make you dream of me."
