Ashley Walters Seeks To Revive Her Previously Dismissed Case Against Marilyn Manson

Last we heard with the Ashley Walters case against Marilyn Manson was that on December 16th 2025 a Motion for Summary Judgment was made on behalf of Manson, which led to Judge Steve Cochran dismissing the case in Manson's favor due to the fact that he saw no path for Walters winning her case and thus put it under the statute of limitations. According to her lawyers, we were told that Walters would seek an appeal for a third time. Despite the dismissal of the case, the case took a turn when Assembly Bill 250 went into effect on January 1, 2026. Assembly Bill 250, also known as the Justice for Survivors of Sexual Assault Act, was signed into law by Governor Newsom in October 2025. It extends statutes of limitations and increases accountability for covering up sexual assault.   Below are the Key Provisions of this new law: Two-Year Revival Window: Survivors who were 18 or older at the time of their assault can file civil lawsuits between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027, even i...

FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH's Zoltan Bathory Briefly Discussed the Upcoming Tour With MARILYN MANSON

Though the summer tour of Marilyn Manson with Slaughter to Prevail and Five Finger Death Punch has been announced, there has been no statement issued by any of the bands about the tour nor much information on what we can expect.

In a new interview with The Jesea Lee Show, Five Finger Death Punch guitarist Zoltan Bathory briefly discussed the band's upcoming tour with Marilyn Manson, among other things.

As he was talking about what new things to expect in the Five Finger Death Punch shows, including an incredible and unforgettable set designed to blow people's minds, he also mentioned (beginning at the 27:30 mark of the video below) the high expectation of people wanting to see Marilyn Manson, who has not toured since 2019. He said:

"Manson hasn't been out on the road for a while, so a lot of people wanna see him. At one point he was one of the most iconic artists on planet earth. So he's back on stage, back in the saddle. That's gonna be amazing."

He also mentioned how his band's lead singer, Ivan Moody, has been sober for a number of years. In 2012, Moody revealed that his alcoholism nearly got him fired from Five Finger Death Punch. Moody said he would perform drunk and not remember any of it the next day. In June 2017, Moody left a Five Finger Death Punch tour for rehab. Now knowing how Manson is also sober, Five Finger Death Punch want to support him for his return to the stage.

"[Manson's] also sober and clean, so we always support that, obviously. Ivan had a dark period, and he was gone, man. My little brother was on the brink of dying, man, and he came back from that. And he's clean and sober for six years. If he can do it, somebody who was that gone can do it, and he's now a different man, then it's a good example for anyone else. If you're struggling, man, don't give up. You can come back from that. And Manson is sober and he's staying clean and doing the work, so also we're supporting that. So it's gonna be an amazing tour."
