Pondering the Triumphant Return of Marilyn Manson

A week has gone by since tickets to Marilyn Manson's summer tour went on sale, and fans are generally very excited to see him perform live again. And even though various accusers, their supporters, and media outlets have tried canceling him from any comeback due to the coordinated hoax against him, having done all they can to prevent him from ever having a music career again, branding him as a rapist, a pedophile, a murderer, a Nazi, a racist, a cult leader, and pretty much anything else to falsely twist his art and smear his image and destroy him, what we have just experienced this past week, right before the spring equinox tomorrow and the resurrectional atmosphere of the Easter season upon us, is Manson's own resurrection from what could simply be described as a dead career, after being crucified with false accusations. Remarkably, despite the absolutely relentless campaign to destroy him over the past three years, where they left him dead in the tomb of obscurity, he has

Marilyn Manson in the News (November 22-29, 2021) - Manson Nominated for Grammy, Cancel Culture Questioned, an Unfunny Comedian, Ilene Landress is Seeing Things, Metal Hammer's Feminazis, Manson and Lindsay's Belated Honeymoon

Let's take a look at some of the more interesting stories in the news in regards to Marilyn Manson, from November 22nd to November 29th.

1. Marilyn Manson Nominated for a Grammy in 2022

Though Marilyn Manson has been nominated for a Grammy four times before (in 1998, 2000, 2003, 2012), he has never won, but ten years after his last nomination, in 2022, he has a good chance of finally taking the award not just once, but twice. He has been nominated for his participation in Kanye West's (Ye) Donda album, specifically for Album of the Year and for Best Rap Song with the song "Jail". Among other controversial artists nominated are DaBaby, Dave Chappelle and Louis C.K.

The main outcry from almost all the media sources was the fact that Manson was nominated despite all the accusations against him. This necessitated a response from Harvey Mason, jr., the Recording Academy President and CEO, who issued the following statement:

"We won’t restrict the people who can submit their material for consideration. We won’t look back at people’s history, we won’t look at their criminal record, we won’t look at anything other than the legality within our rules of, is this recording for this work eligible based on date and other criteria. If it is, they can submit for consideration. What we will control is our stages, our shows, our events, our red carpets. We’ll take a look at anyone who is asking to be a part of that, asking to be in attendance, and we’ll make our decisions at that point. But we’re not going to be in the business of restricting people from submitting their work for our voters to decide on."

This response made the social media universe question whether cancel culture even exists, and mocked those who claimed to be victims of cancel culture.

2. Does Cancel Culture Exist?

With the Grammy nominations for controversial artists in 2022, including that of Marilyn Manson, various media sources began questioning if cancel culture even exists. Here are a few examples:

- Marilyn Manson, Louis C.K. are nominated for Grammys. Sexual assault survivors ask where cancel culture is now. (USA Today)

- 'Cancel Culture' Has No Effect On This Year's Grammy Nominees (Huffpost)

- Is cancel culture ... canceled? Dave Chappelle is nominated for a Grammy Award despite backlash over his Netflix special 'The Closer' (Daily Mail)

- Social media users mock cancel culture after Grammy nominations (WhatsNew2Day)

Here is the truth:

Cancel Culture indeed exists, and it exists because a mob wants it to exist, they believe in it, and they work to implement it, but thankfully the cancel culture mob does not have 100% control over everything in pop culture, no matter how much they try to fear monger, and it especially does not have control over the fans of these artists who refuse to give in to cancel culture.

The proof that cancel culture exists is the fact that media sources and social media users were bemoaning and throwing tantrums over the fact that the cancel culture mob has not "totally" taken over our culture as they would like, to their satisfaction.

3. The Least Funny Comedian Ever

Among the quoted tweets in some of the media stories about Manson's nomination was from a British comedian I had never heard of, Sooz Kempner, and when I looked around to see what she has done, I was struck at how unfunny she is, and yet she calls herself a comedian. So I decided to instigate her a bit to see if I can get her to open her or her followers horizons and consider another perspective a bit, even if it is for fun. Well, the conversation is below, though she deleted some of the tweets she especially sounded dumb in, and a few other clowns decided to chime in also. When I asked her if she was open to another perspective or would rather have blind faith in the allegations, she never responded back.

4. Mildred Pierce Producer Ilene Landress Makes a Issues a False Allegation

On November 23rd, the Daily Beast reported on an excerpt from a new book published this past week by James Andrew Miller titled Tinderbox: HBO’s Ruthless Pursuit of New Frontiers. In this book Ilene Landress, producer of the HBO miniseries Mildred Pierce, which starred Evan Rachel Wood and was filmed in New York towards the end of her engagement with Manson, is quoted as saying:

"I would believe every single thing Evan has said about Marilyn Manson, because we were there. He came to visit once, and I remember the vodka bottle flying out of the trailer. She would come to work in bad shape. She would come to work like the train had run her over… Pretty much every morning if I saw Evan Rachel Wood, the first question would be, ‘Where’s the medic?’ She was in a rough place.”

Evan Rachel Wood thanked Ilene for this statement in Instagram, and agreed it was completely true.

However, in my article titled "What Really Happened When Marilyn Manson Visited Evan Rachel Wood on the Set of HBO's 'Mildred Pierce'", I reveal how everything Ilene describes and Evan confirms is a complete fabrication.

5. Metal Hammer Feminazis Aim To Destroy Marilyn Manson and Change the Music Industry

As I was going through Facebook a few days ago, I came across a new article by Louder/Metal Hammer titled "Marilyn Manson's Grammy nomination shows why our musical gatekeepers can't be trusted". The subheading reads: "Marilyn Manson has been included in this year's Grammy nominations via his contribution to Kanye West's song Jail, proving how little progress we've made when it comes to convincing the industry to care about abuse." As I went to click on it to read it, I noticed they had taken away my ability to like the post or not, and I wasn't able to comment either. They had censored me from expressing my voice, probably because they saw my account was named Marilyn Manson Uncanceled. To be censored by the self-proclaimed "world's biggest and best metal magazine" for just my profile name is a big deal, so I looked to see what was going on.

The author of this article is Briony Edwards, who since August of 2019 is the Editor-in-Chief of Metal Hammer. As she says in her profile, she "is in charge of sorting out who and what you see covered on the site." She was also the author of the article from May of 2021 titled "Breaking Brian Warner: The women who refused to let the Marilyn Manson story die". She also was behind the sabotage of Marilyn Manson in 2020, and wrote the article to accompany it and milk it for all its worth, titled "Why we asked Marilyn Manson about Evan Rachel Wood – and why he hung up on us", which was a supplement to the article "The 10 questions we would like Marilyn Manson to answer".

If you go to Briony's Twitter page you will see that since November of 2020, Marilyn Manson and his destruction is an obsession of hers since they tried to sabotage him in 2020. Plus, it's giving them a lot of positive press, which they relish. Marianne Eloise also works for Louder/Metal Hammer, and is responsible for the article on February 5, 2021 titled "We need to talk about the response to the Marilyn Manson abuse allegations". This latter article was the result of the fact that Metal Hammer was getting a lot of comments that they didn't like on social media. It appears that what is happening now, since cancel culture is not as powerful as they would like it to be, the feminazis at Metal Hammer are implementing their own cancel culture environment, and will no longer tolerate any dissent. It is either their way, or the highway. Many Manson fan sites have been blocked by Metal Hammer after I came out on Instagram with this story.

6. Manson and Lindsay on Their Honeymoon

Despite all the cancel culture talk in the media trying to bring Manson down, Manson has not only been nominated for a Grammy, but as of today we have been informed through Colonel Kurtz's Instagram page that he and his wife Lindsay are on their honeymoon. In Lindsay's message message for their fans and supporters, she writes: “Thank you all so much for the continued support and for not giving up on us or on the truth.” Here are three photos from their belated honeymoon in Berlin, looking happier than all their critics and naysayers:
