The New Symbolism of Marilyn Manson's Stage Show Since 2024

Since Marilyn Manson returned to the stage in the summer of 2024 with the One Assassination Under God tour, pulsating illuminated upside-down double crosses have been a consistent part of the stage design. The double cross itself is nothing new in Manson's work. It has been part of his imagery for many years and became particularly prominent again after the Heaven Upside Down era. What is new since 2024 is the way the symbol has been incorporated into the lighting of the performance. Rather than functioning simply as a static emblem, the crosses now pulsate and change as part of the stage itself, becoming one of the most noticeable elements of every concert. Manson's return to the stage has also involved bringing back many features and images from earlier periods of his career, which has naturally given the performances a nostalgic quality for longtime fans. What interests me for this analysis, however, is what has actually been added during this new period that has not be...

Marilyn Manson in the News (November 14-21, 2021) - Rolling Stone Makes a Revelation, the Phoenix Act Website Goes Down, Manson Accuser's Social Media Accounts Gone, While Manson Sells Home, Seeks Mediation-Settlement, and Attends Sunday Service

Let's take a look at some of the more interesting stories in the news in regards to Marilyn Manson, from November 14th to November 21. 1. Rolling Stone Has Officially Redefined the Word "Monster" A few days ago I completed my response in a six-part series to the propaganda hit-piece published by Rolling Stone on November 14th regarding the accusations and lawsuits that have been brought against Manson. I pretty much summarized everything I wanted to say there. However, there is one thing I wanted to bring up that I did not cover. On July 15, 2021, Noah Shachtman became the Editor-in-Chief of Rolling Stone . All responsibility for what was published in the article against Marilyn Manson is his responsibility. If you take a look at his Twitter feed , the guy is clearly a one-sided "journalist", who hovers within the camp of the radical left. Well, someone posted on Twitter something that was inspired by Part Two of my series, where I talk about how Rolling S...

ROLLING STONE Attempted an Investigation Into the Marilyn Manson Case ... and FAILED Miserably

"Journalism is popular, but it is popular mainly as fiction.  Life is one world, and life seen in the news papers another." - G.K. "Rolling Stone" Publishes an Embarrassing Propaganda Hit Piece On Marilyn Manson, Calling it an "Investigation" (Part 6 of 6)

...continued from part five. To supplement their article in Rolling Stone , Kory Grow and Jason Newman published on the same day a summary titled " Marilyn Manson: 10 Key Takeaways From Our Nine-Month Investigation ". I would suggest they stop gloating that their article took them nine months to investigate. Anyone who has been following this case since February when it began can similarly claim to have been investigating this for nine months. Not only have I also been investigating this case for nine months, but I can easily point out a hundred others that have done the same. And not only has Rolling Stone been investigating for nine months, but every media source has had someone investigating it for nine months. So why do they gloat about it? Because they claim they talked to 55 people about Manson who knew him personally or have been associated with him or the case. Let's list here all 55 people mentioned in the article: Ashley Walters Ashley Morgan Smithline Esmé Bi...

...continued from part four. 63. Sarah McNeilly is hardly worth commenting on. How anyone can take her testimony seriously dumbfounds me. The fact that she accused Manson of killing the pets of his ex-girlfriends is ridiculous enough to refute her entire testimony as being unreliable, since Manson is widely known as a pet owner and animal lover. Like Ashley Morgan Smithline, her association with Manson is virtually unknown and very questionable, except that she appeared in his Born Villain short film in 2011. Her testimony is very vague, almost a copy and paste of various things the other women say. In 2015 she appears to have been friends with Ashley Walters, and she was one of the six women that conspired together on October 20, 2020 to frame Marilyn Manson. In my opinion, based on everything I've seen about her, she seems to be a mentally disturbed woman who is expressing disappointed fantasies. 64. "McNeilly’s friend Brittany Leigh" is a fraud who claims a Native Ame...

"Rolling Stone" Publishes an Embarrassing Propaganda Hit Piece On Marilyn Manson, Calling it an "Investigation" (Part 4 of 6)

...continued from part three. 49. Rolling Stone at this point continues its narrative, which was initiated by their title for this article calling Manson a "monster" (in a negative sense), that the persona of Marilyn Manson had taken over and consumed Brian Warner, to the extent that his art and his life were one and the same. And it's not the "Marilyn" part that Rolling Stone wants you to think of, but the "Manson" part. Of course, this is gaslighting at its finest on the part of Rolling Stone , and gaslighting is what the far left media specializes in, so this should be no surprise that they are trying to create an alternate reality for the sake of earning their "one dollar a word" (this is reportedly what a journalist at Rolling Stone makes, hence the obscene length of this article). 50. They quote Manson's The Guardian interview from May of 2003, which Rolling Stone does not cite because they don't want you to put the quote i...

"Rolling Stone" Publishes an Embarrassing Propaganda Hit Piece On Marilyn Manson, Calling it an "Investigation" (Part 3 of 6)

...continued from part two. 36. We are now coming to the paragraphs where Rolling Stone highlights Manson's violent behavior on stage and at hotels and so forth, which are all part of his act based on the behavior of his rock idols of the past, but the "investigators" at Rolling Stone see something more ominous in this behavior, something that translates in the bedroom behind closed doors as well. This is their narrative about everything Manson does. Nothing is "just an act" for Manson, it is all real, and it is all unleashed on his girlfriends. If Manson traveled to a poor African country and personally fed the hungry, no doubt Rolling Stone would say he was just observing the effects hunger has on the human body for when he refuses to feed his girlfriends. Everything is twisted with these "investigators". They will say, "But we tried to contact all these people for comment and they did not respond!" Maybe they did not respond because they...

...continued from part one. "The boy that you loved is the monster you fear." - Marilyn Manson    In part two I will go through the entire long-winded, desperate article by Rolling Stone titled " Marilyn Manson: The Monster Hiding in Plain Sight ". I will try to comment on it very briefly, as all these things either are already or will be addressed in detail at www.marilynmansonuncanceled.com. 1. In 1997 Rolling Stone spoke of "Marilyn Manson's Beautiful Nightmare", in 1998 it was "A Journey to the Heart of Marilyn Manson: Love, Drugs and Redemption in the Hollywood Hills", in 2003 he was one of the "Monsters of Summer", and in 2015 they spoke of him as "The Return of the Vampire". They often reported on the "Monsters of Rock" as something positive. Monsters Of Rock was originally a festival held between 1980 and 1996 at Castle Donington. It later morphed into a gargantuan metal tour that traveled all over the ...
