As mentioned in my previous post , Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon issued a peculiar statement on October 9th updating people on the criminal investigation of Marilyn Manson by his office. In the statement it was revealed that "our office’s Sex Crimes Division are carefully reviewing new leads and additional evidence that continue to come to our attention from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s investigation." He also informed us that they "anticipate making a filing decision soon and will provide an update when that time comes." The problem with this is that George Gascon is in danger of losing his position to his opposing candidate, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Nathan Hochman, who is running as an Independent. Los Angeles residents have realized that progressive policies on criminal justice make things worse for their city, and it appears that a change is just weeks away at the November 5th election. Will we finally be getting the
A little over a week ago I wrote about a significant partial dismissal granted to Marilyn Manson on July 2nd in the lawsuit issued by Bianca Allaine Kyne.
First, it stated that Manson's motion to dismiss all allegations in Kyne's complaint referencing sexual abuse as a minor in 1995 when she was 16 years old was granted.
Second, any reference to Kyne's own personal drawings of Manson from when she was 16 are to be removed.
Third, Kyne is therefore ordered to make a Second Amended Complaint within 30 days removing all of the above.
Despite this significant victory of Marilyn Manson in managing to get a partial dismissal in this case, on July 15th Bianca Allaine Kyne and her lawyer Jeff Anderson decided to issue statements spinning their loss into a victory. They argue that since Manson was not granted a full dismissal (which he was not seeking), then he lost and they won in this particular ruling.
What Was the Ruling on July 2nd?

They argue that since Manson was not granted a full dismissal (which he was not seeking), then he lost and they won in this particular ruling.
What Was the Ruling on July 2nd?
When you read the ruling issued on July 2nd, you will see that there were Five Causes of Action that Manson sought to have dismissed, but only one, the first one, was actually against Brian Warner/Marilyn Manson. Three of the five Causes of Action (2, 3 and 5) were not against Marilyn Manson, but against Interscope, Nothing Records and 1-20 Does, while only one of them (4) was against all the Defendants, including Manson. Because Manson's lawyers do not represent the two companies and the 1-20 Does, he does not have the standing to have the Second, Third and Fifth Causes of Action dismissed. A similar ruling is made in the Fourth Cause of Action, however the main reason a dismissal was not granted is because Manson sought to dismiss Plaintiff's allegations of Intentional Affliction of Emotional Distress going back to 1995, but the same court had already ruled that since anything from 1995 has already been dismissed then it cannot dismiss something that will not be presented as evidence, since Plaintiff agreed to remove an references to sexual abuse as a minor.
To put it simply, Manson was victorious in getting dismissed what he sought to get dismissed for himself, but did not get dismissed whatever allegations were made against the two companies and the Does since his lawyer does not represent them. How then is this a victory for Bianca against Manson? It isn't a victory, but a loss. To be victorious, one has to gain something in your favor. The only one to gain something in their favor was Manson. The other allegations against the two companies and the Does has nothing to do with Manson, as the court ruled, so it was left as is. Bianca gained nothing. She lost to Manson, and retained the rest against the two companies and the Does. Manson did not seek a dismissal of other allegations made against him from 1999 in New York, so there is no victory there for either party. It is because of her loss that Bianca has to make a Second Amended Complaint within 30 days.
Therefore, the statement by attorney Jeff Anderson is a lie when he says the following:
“The attempt to throw the case out was a thinly veiled effort by Warner to evade and prevail – evade accountability for his crimes and prevail in power and prestige. But this ruling proves that power, prestige and wealth are not above the law.”
He also stated:
"Manson (Brian Warner) can’t hide and terrorize victims anymore – time’s up for Manson.”
This statement is a lie because Manson did not seek to dismiss the entire case, as indicated above, but what he did seek to get dismissed was indeed partially granted to him. As Manson had previously stated in 2023, he did not seek to dismiss alleged claims of sexual abuse from 1999 that occurred within New York when the Plaintiff was an adult, since this claim falls within the boundaries of the Adult Survivor's Act. What Manson did seek to dismiss was the allegations that occurred outside of New York when the Plaintiff was a minor, since these allegations are not covered by the Adult Survivor's Act, which only covers acts within the boundaries of New York while the Plaintiff was an adult.

Statement of Bianca Allaine Kyne
Bianca has not publicly talked about Manson since her unhinged posts on social media in late 2022. After a few months of silence, she issued her lawsuit in New York as a Jane Doe on January 30, 2023, and since then has not spoken publicly about Manson until July 15, 2024 with her statement below:
No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long.
I filed a lawsuit against Brian Warner, known publicly as Marilyn Manson, and the corporation that shielded him, Interscope. I feel empowered by the decision reached in New York Supreme Court denying the Defendants’ Motion to throw my case out of court under the Adult Survivors Act in New York. It is a testament that the tide is turning for survivors.
This lawsuit exposes the horrific abuse Warner inflicted upon me in New York, a chilling continuation of the predatory behavior he began against me when I was a minor in Louisiana. Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York. I filed a lawsuit for that conduct in Louisiana against him and his sibling corporation – that case is pending.
For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid.
I stand with every survivor who bravely speaks out. We are a chorus of truth, shattering the deafening silence that has protected predators for far too long. Each voice that rises exposes an industry that allows fame to mask abuse.
This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.
I was unwillingly coerced into a world devoid of light. Today, I fight to bring humanity, compassion, and morality back to the entertainment industry.
Every survivor deserves justice. Today, I claim mine.
Analysis of Bianca's Statement
Bianca's statement is ridiculous on many points, as I will point out, and I will also clarify a few points.
First, Bianca has not been nameless. She initially filed her complaint as a Jane Doe, but since February 24, 2023, she has been identified by her attorneys as Bianca Kyne. In other words, she was only a Jane Doe for a little over three weeks.
Second, her voice was never stolen. Bianca came forward as Bianca Allaine in early February 2021, a few days after Evan Rachel Wood and other women named Manson as their abuser. The first thing she did was have two featured articles about her claims in The Sun, then she also did a long interview on a podcast. In July of 2021 she wrote a private email to who she thought was Jeordie White on one of his fan websites, where she confessed she basically fabricated her claims and no longer wanted to pursue her case against Manson. However, as she later wrote on Facebook, she was triggered to pursue a case against Manson once again after Manson appeared with Kanye West at the Donda release party in August 2021 that happened to coincide with her birthday, and she delusionally took this as Manson sending a personal threat against her. In late 2022, she wrote multiple things about Manson and made many claims on Facebook over several days, though she would delete each message within a matter of hours posting them. After a few months of silence and deactivating her social media, she issued her lawsuit. Hence, her voice was never "stolen".
Third, as stated above, Manson never sought to dismiss the entire case, but what he did seek to dismiss for himself he succeeded. Like her lawyer Jeff, Bianca lies and spins the ruling in her favor by manipulating the facts with misrepresentations.
Fourth, a few months ago Bianca submitted a complaint for a new lawsuit in Louisiana which is very similar to her complaint issued in New York. According to the details of this lawsuit, though it was filed some months ago, Manson was never served. However, on July 1st an order was made to finally have Manson served. It is not known whether or not he has indeed been served as of today. The reason it took so long was because the Supreme Court of Louisiana decided to scrap a “look back law” for child abuse survivors on March 4th 2024, citing that it was at odds with the state constitution’s due process. However, on June 12th 2024 the Supreme Court reversed its decision that it will uphold this "look back law" that gives child sex abuse victims more time to sue their accused abusers. Bianca's lawsuit was therefore pending until this ruling took place last month.
Fifth, this statement highlights the agenda of Jeff Anderson, which I believe comes down to getting settlements for his clients from large corporations. Bianca is a B-Movie horror actress who is currently trying to finish her magnum opus movie called Zombinatrix (she moved to Hollywood last year with her director husband Michael Kyne to supposedly finish the film) in which she stars as a lingerie-wearing zombie who is also a dominatrix. Bianca is passionate about producing sleazy low-budget horror films for entertainment. I have no problem with someone who chooses to produce sleazy low-budget horror films for entertainment, but when that is your passion in life you cannot at the same time sue someone and say that you are fighting "to bring humanity, compassion, and morality back to the entertainment industry." If you were really interested in doing that, you would lead by example and make something equivalent to a faith-based film.
Rolling Stone Feature
Somehow Jeff Anderson convinced Rolling Stone, which is still using the same old images of Manson from a 2019 movie premier, to publish this non-story, which was only interesting in so far as Bianca claimed that she was sexually abused by Manson as a minor, but now that this part of the case has been dismissed there really is nothing of great interest for a wide audience. Perhaps Rolling Stone did this because the rumor is that both Bianca and Jeff will appear in the upcoming Channel Four docuseries on Manson produced by Rolling Stone. Of course, the article focuses mainly on those claims of abuse when Bianca was a minor, but at least it mentions that it is no longer part of the lawsuit, unlike Jeff and Bianca who conveniently ignore to mention this fact. And in parenthesis the article even states that "Warner did not attempt to dismiss Kyne’s sexual battery claims related to the alleged assaults in 1999," which contradicts the assertions made by both Jeff and Bianca in their statements where they assert Manson failed to have the entire case dismissed, but the article does not highlight this contradiction. Curiously, there is no mention of Manson going on tour in a few weeks.
Manson’s lawyer, Howard King, told Rolling Stone that Bianca’s allegations are “vicious lies” that amount to a “shakedown” of his client. “Brian Warner does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”
