Marilyn Manson and wife Lindsay attend Enfants Riches Déprimés event at Maxfield LA

Los Angeles brand Enfants Riches Déprimés is currently showcasing their Spring 2024 collection at Maxfield LA, and the event was attended by Marilyn Manson and his wife Lindsay on April 17th. On March 16th, Manson posted photos on his social media wearing the Enfants Riches Déprimés brand, which is French for "Depressed Rich Kids". Enfants Riches Déprimés is a Los Angeles and Paris based luxury fashion brand founded in 2012 by the conceptual artist Henri Alexander Levy, who has created a French punk streetwear line based on the movements of the late 1970s and Japanese Avant-garde movements of the 1980s. One of the core precepts of the brand is high price points, with T-shirts ranging on average from $500 to $1,000, and haute couture jackets priced as high as $95,000. ERD consistently utilizes the business model of artificial scarcity. In this regard, all styles are sold on an extremely exclusive basis, and thus in relatively small quantities. CAST OF CHARACTERS

Below is a portion of a list of characters you will come across in discussions, videos and articles that have to do with the Marilyn Manson cases and various controversies associated with him. This is a work in progress to be used for reference, which will include some brief information about each person listed, and more to this list will be added over time. Many of these people I will be writing more about separately.

Amy Berg

A filmmaker from Los Angeles known for her acclaimed documentaries, such as Deliver Us from Evil (2006), West of Memphis (2012) and Prophet's Prey (2015).  She was approached by long time friend Evan Rachel Wood in 2019 with a proposal to direct a documentary about her called Phoenix Rising, which would focus on the development and successful passing of the Phoenix Act, that increased the atatute of limitations in domestic violence cases in California. According to Berg, the focus of the documentary changed to Marilyn Manson when Dan Cleary, a former assistant of Manson, came forward against him in September 2020, which then prompted the Survivor's Meeting a month later, and the coordinated naming of Manson by his accusers in February 2021. Phoenix Rising aired as a two-part series on March 15–16, 2022, on HBO. Part One of the series had its world premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival on January 23, 2022.

Annie Abrams

Ash Costello

Ashley Lindsay Morgan Smithline

Though there are conflicting stories as to the place and time of her birth as well as upbringing, according to the most recent information, she is currently residing in London where she works as an actress and model. She had a very brief romantic relationship with Manson in November 2010. After attending the Survivor's Meeting in October 2020, as seen in Phoenix Rising, she issued a statement against Manson with other accusers on February 1, 2021. On June 29, 2021 she filed a lawsuit against Manson, saying he raped and abused her over a period of more than two years, from November 2010 to early 2012. Her lawsuit came with a cover story in People magazine and an appearance on The View with her lawyer Jay Ellwanger around the same time. In April of 2022 she moved to London from California where she took up a permanent residence. Since then she has actively tried to distance herself from her lawsuit against Manson by first firing her lawyer and distancing herself from her fellow accusers. On June 30, 2022, soon after her case had been dismissed for failure to get a new lawyer, she submitted an official declaration recanting her accusations against Manson and accusing her lawyer, Evan Rachel Wood, Esme Bianco and Illma Gore of pressuring her to make false allegations against Manson. Before doing this, she apologized to Manson, and he accepted her apology.

Ashley Walters (Smashley)

Born on April 24, 1984, Walters is a photographer from San Diego who met and worked with Manson in May 2010. In August 2010 she became his assistant until October 2011. While she was his assistant, Manson was with a number of women who Walters either became close friends with (Esme Bianco, Sarah McNeilly, etc.) or preserved personal information about (Ashley Morgan Smithline, Greta Aurora, etc.). Because of her close friendship with Esme Bianco and Evan Rachel Wood from the time she was Manson's assistant, she became involved early on with the #IAmNotOk campaign and worked on the Phoenix Act, but she primarily assisted Illma Gore in providing the contact information to a number of women who Manson was with while she was an assistant, most of whom she and Esme were friends with for a number of years. This led to the recruitment of a number of women to speak out against Marilyn Manson in February 2021. Walters herself claims she repressed her memories of any abuse by Manson and only realized in October 2020 at the Survivor's Meeting that what the accusers described were applicable to her as well. She filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County on May 18, 2021, against Manson for sexual assault, battery, and harassment. On May 25, 2022, her case against Manson was dismissed because she "pleaded too few facts and too late to keep this case in court," referring to the statute of limitations.

Bianca Allaine (Bianca Evans, Bianca Barnett, Bianca Kyne, Jane Doe #3)

Bianca Allaine was born on 26 August 1979 in Garland, Texas and currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland. She is most known for being a B-Movie actress, and more recently has her own production company with her husband Michael Kyne, who she married on 5 August 2011 and will be directing her in their long-awaited horror film Zombinatrix. In February 2021 she was interviewed twice by The Sun and appeared in a podcast detailing what she described as the various sexual assaults and abuses of Marilyn Manson, which included the sexual assault of her 14 year old friend on his tour bus in Texas in 1995 while she, being 16 at the time, was outside waiting for her with other friends. She also describes having a relationship with Manson in 1999 while he was engaged to Rose McGowan. After she contacted and allegedly spoke with the FBI about this in early 2021 in Baltimore, and had correspondence with Esme Bianco, she went silent about Manson for over a year, when she once again began talking about Manson on social media, triggered by his two appearances at the Donda events with Kanye West, which she interpreted as him making threats against her. Finally, on 30 January 2023, she filed a lawsuit against Manson in New York as a Jane Doe (later she changed her name in the lawsuit to her legal married name Bianca Kyne), with claims contradicting her earlier accounts (ex. instead of her 14 year old friend getting raped by Manson on the tour bus, now it is her when she was 16). Besides Esme Bianco, she has been friends with Lenora Claire for over 20 years (it was she who introduced her to film director Ramzi Abed in Los Angeles, who helped kickstart her acting career, and Lenora is currently slated to star alongside Bianca in Zombinatrix), who is closely connected with other Manson accusers.

Blair Berk and Andrew Brettler

Blair Berk, a criminal lawyer, and Andrew Brettler, a civil lawyer, are two of the entertainment industry’s most well-known and respected lawyers, partnered in the same firm and are based out of West Hollywood. Blair Berk was hired by Manson when he filed a lawsuit against Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore. Andrew Brettler has done work in New York for the lawsuit filed against Manson by Bianca Allaine. Some of the high profile celebrities Blair Berk has worked with are Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp, Harvey Weinstein, Mel Gibson, Armie Hammer, Channing Tatum and Alexandra Daddario.

Chloe Black (Jane Doe #2)

She is a singer, songwriter, and stage performer who was born on January 12th, 1989 in Sydney, Australia, but was raised in Paris, Seattle and Los Angeles. Her music is described as cinematic dark pop, where she seeks to revive old Hollywood glamour and gives multilingual performances. She had moved to London for about four years until a record deal went sour, so she moved back to Los Angeles and learned to be fully self sufficient in making and releasing music, producing videos and even doing her own PR. Manson's relationship with Chloe can be traced to February 2011 only, where Ashley Walters photographed them together going to the movies at the Arclight Theater in Hollywood. In 2017 she cited Mechanical Animals as one of her favorite albums, which clearly had an influence on her own music. On February 2, 2021 she issued a statement against Manson on Instagram detailing the physical and emotional abuse she claims to have received from him. Her sister Sofi also issued a statement saying she was 17 when her sister dated Manson, and he allegedly said inappropriate things to her about her sister privately. On May 28, 2021, Chloe Black filed a lawsuit against Manson as a Jane Doe. In this lawsuit she alleges that she had repressed her memories of being raped and threatened by Manson, that only returned to her after reading an article in early February about someone else's accusation of rape against Manson. Much of her lawsuit also revolves around the short film Groupie by Manson, which Manson showed her and she thought documented him actually killing an underage fan and saw it as a threat against her. She also claims they dated from February to June 2011.

Evan Rachel Wood

Born September 7, 1987 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her mother, Sara Lynn Moore, is an actress, director, and acting coach out of California. Her father, Ira David Wood III, is an actor, theater director, playwright and co-founder of Theatre in the Park in Raleigh. Evan's older brother, Ira David Wood IV, is also a theatre actor in Raleigh. She began acting at the age of four, and as a young girl moved with her mother to Los Angeles to actively pursue a serious acting career, starring in many films as a young girl, most notably the movie Thirteen (2003). She met and later began dating Marilyn Manson from 2006, which became an off and on relationship till they were engaged in December 2009 till August 2010, when they called off their engagement. In 2011 she came out as a bisexual. From 2012 to 2014 she was married to Jaime Bell, with whom she had a son named Jack. In 2016, after landing the lead role in the HBO series Westworld, she came out as a victim of domestic abuse and sexual assault, saying she had been raped by two men, refusing to name them publicly. This launched her career as an activist on behalf of women who suffered domestic violence, and together with her partner Illma Gore and actress Esme Bianco helped establish and pass the Phoenix Act in California, increasing the time of the statute of limitations in domestic violence cases. On February 1, 2021 she named Marilyn Manson as her abuser on Instagram, with a number of other women following her lead. On March 2nd 2022 a lawsuit was brought against her and Illma Gore by Marilyn Manson. She currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
